Staff members at the enterprise in Jackson Mississippi told me after getting to the airport pick up place that kayak had moved my reservation to a location 15 minutes away in Brandon Mississippi. This caused me over the course of my trip much inconvenience and $60-$70 worth of cab rides getting back-and-forth to the other rental car place and the airport. I do not believe the kayak moved my reservation. I believe that the people at enterprise did this. I would very much appreciate it if kayak could tell me what happened. Thank you and if I do not receive any response to this from kayak, I will not use your service in the future.Reviewed 2025 Jun 10
