Pros:I had requested full coverage insurance for this rental. The agent who issued the car to me never added that coverage. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident and I was told that I wasn’t covered.Cons:Having been listened to better at the time of pick up and to have been covered by the requested full coverage insurance.Reviewed 2019 Nov 14

Frustrating experiencePros:Car was perfectly clean, and had better features (forward automatic braking) than most rental cars.Cons:Car was reported as full but came with 3/4 of a tank, though they did reimburse my refueling. Impossible to add a second driver without both drivers going to the desk, which is much stricter than any other rental company I have experienced.Reviewed 2018 Jul 06

Not the car size I bookedPros:Good staffCons:I searched Kayak fir a full size car deals , and your web site shows an offer from Dollar company that I took. When I went to pickup the car they inform me that it will be Nissan Versa!!! Which is a impact car. I had to pay more money to upgrade to full size car.They also charge me much higher for the insurance that the online options.Reviewed 2016 Nov 10

Worst Experi nice Ever!!Pros:NothingCons:Dollar left me stranded without a vehicle. When I arrived at dollars counter, I was informed that they do not except debit cards. Unfortunately this is all I had with me and I had no other means of transportation. This was not mentioned anywhere in my reservation information from kayak.com. The agent at the counter told me that this was kayak.com's problem not a dollars issue.Reviewed 2015 Nov 25
