It got us where we were going!Pros:Easy pick up and drop offCons:Car was dirty, maintenance light was on for oil change and filter when we picked it up. Tires were bare causing us to hydroplane during rain storms. Rear view mirror kept falling off.Reviewed 2018 Jul 01

Not convenientCons:Dropping off in Charlottesville was not good. Their drop off area was completely full and cars were half-hazardly parked and a few people weren’t sure where to leave the cars. We all ended up just parking in the middle of a row.Reviewed 2018 Jun 18

They closed...Cons:According to the other car rental services, dollar is supposed to remain open until the last flight arrives. This was not the case, they closed and therefore I couldn’t rent from them and had to pay double to rent from someone else. Never use them again, that’s for sure.Reviewed 2018 Apr 18

It is not worth it to deal with the staff here, I would walkPros:Low wait time, close to the doors of the airport, the lot is close to the deskCons:That the desk agent tried to give me a care multiple tiers below what i reserved, because I reserved through a third party site and he was not okay with that. He said I paid to little. I don't see how that is my problem, why he doesn't have to follow published rates and honor completed transactions, and where the corporate oversight it that should come down and remind this location that just because it is the only desk at the airport and a little isolated does not give them the ability to do whatever they please for whatever reason.Reviewed 2018 Apr 10
