Pros:Nothing. They have a scam by which they let you sit in the car before they force extra insurance charges on you. If you don't accept you can't rent the car.Cons:Could not be worse. Scam artists. Avoid at all costsReviewed 2019 Jul 18

Cons:Ordered a minivan in advance. When arrived they had none. Forced into a 900eu upgrade to the largest vehicle, a BMW X5 which barely fit 4 adults, one child seat and our luggage. We were cramped for 2 weeks of driving. Tried unsuccessfully to swap cars for a minivan in Belfast.Reviewed 2019 Apr 14

Overall a good experiencePros:Car was clean and worked great. Pickup and drop off were easy.Cons:Several fees were not included in the kayak quote that we had to pay. They tricked us into paying currency of card instead of Euro. We got that fixed but was quite a hassle. Also had to put a major deposit down since we declined coverage.
