Pros:The staff were wonderful and very helpful.Cons:We had difficulting finding the drop off location when we wanted to return the car. Staff Very Customer Service OrientedPros:The staff was responsive to my needs and very helpful. Make sure you consider insurance and GPS needs prior to arriving. You should get both if you don't have adequate coverage from your personal insurance company...or have a GPS option. Also, do not get a manual shift. It's challenging enough to drive with an automatic. It is preferred to get a diesel vehicle as 70% of the cars in Ireland are diesel. The roads are narrow...get a "small" car!! Over all it was a positive experience and I will use Enterprise again when in Dublin.Cons:Transfer from the airport to the car lot is confusing.
