Car was good and price was great , although the waiting times to pick up the car was quite high since only one person was working. In addition the worst part was when the drop off occured where there was no physical person and the car park was full and there was no space to park the car safely, we called the appropriate number but there was no people speaking proper English to guide us had to leave the car in a bad way parked which stressed us as all sorts of issues could occur, can expect one floor of car park to accommodate all the rentals.Reviewed 2024 May 15

Pros:Car was not what we reserved, but was ok.Cons:We were forced to take the additional insurance after I showed proof of having full coverage European insurance through USAA, and an American Express card that paid any deductibles. It was a rip off and a scam. I've rented cars all over Europe for many years, and have not been forced to take additional coverage. Rental was reserved over a month in advance, with no mention of this "policy". When we arrived in Munich at 10PM, on the weekend before Christmas, we were forced to accept it because there were no other cars available in the area.Reviewed 2019 Dec 31
