I felt ripped off. I had a car rental for pick up in Munich and then drop off in Garmisch partinkichen. The latter was not possible and it led to a lot of complications and spoiled my experience. The people at hertz could not help me but wanted to charge me extra for drop off fees.Reviewed 2022 Sep 28

Good car and fast pick up, but they allowed us to book drop off to a zone that wasn’t actually able to have a drop off. We circled the block multiple times looking for the drop off per the itinerary address and spent an hour trying to contact hertz and find the location. We finally got the number for the local service which informed us that we shouldn’t have been allowed to schedule a drop off and the representatives at that location were very kind and helpful. Would have been a great rating if it wasn’t for this frustrating scenario! They never should have let us book this location if it did not allow drop off…Reviewed 2022 Apr 21

Pros:The vehicle was fine - it was clean and in good shape. The drop-off process at the Munich airport was efficient.Cons:The quoted price was about one-half of the actual price. The pickup process at the Munich airport is slow.Reviewed 2019 Sep 22

Cons:Address on reservation didn’t match the actual location of drop off. Drop off was located almost three blocks in a different area and was extremely difficult to find as it’s all located around a very busy city and train station. We also didn’t have cell service so we couldn’t just look up a different address.Reviewed 2018 Sep 22

Munich to Geneva car RentalPros:The car's navigation system turned out to be very helpful and the staff in both locations did their job rather well.Cons:Long pickup wait at the Munich airport, limited choices, and difficult to find dropoff address at Geneva airport made the experience rather stressful.Reviewed 2018 Aug 11

Pros:I got the car I requested. European Ford, with manual shift, was fun to drive in Europe. I enjoyed it.Cons:One minor detail. The driver seat was a bit too low, but I found how to fix that. then all was well.Reviewed 2018 Jul 23

I felt decieved!Cons:At pickup and because i ask the woman told me that i could pay with cash with no problem. When i delivered the car not only the charge on my credit card was automatic but also they wanted more money than previous reservation. when i asked the man why, he just answered me it was adicional taxes and airport fees. this is not correct, i should have been warned and be told the TOTAL AND FINAL PRICE on my internet reservation, not some price that in the end will have adding some other strange fee. this is deceiving peopleReviewed 2018 Jun 21
