Pros:The process for both pick-up and drop-off were super quick and easy, despite obvious limitations with covid.Cons:They left me in the dark about my refund for my deposit for using a debit card at pick-up. Still unsure if and when I’ll be receiving it back.Reviewed 2020 Aug 06

Pros:Our flight wasn't until 7:30 p.m. and the car had to be returned at 11 a.m... We called Andrew at the Hartford location and for 4.$ extra we were able to keep the car until 4. They also allowed us to drop the car at a location closer to the airport. The experiecne made our trip that much more enjoyable. Thank you Enterprise. Your new loyal customers,Reviewed 2018 Oct 09

Be sure you get the right shop for airport pickupPros:Jake from the Airport Rd. office called to make sure I wanted his (Brainard Airport) office in Hartford, and not them more likely Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, serving the Hartford area. Thay was going above and beyond and saved me a LOT of trouble. The Bradley shop honored the rate (with higher taxes) and were friendly and professional. I have been scammed by the Alamo/National tactics and highly recommend Enterprise over those two chains.Cons:Only that the website didn't make the location abundantly clear. The system should know that "Hartford" might mean Bradley and alert the buyer. That may be Kayak's problem, not sure.Reviewed 2017 Oct 23

Another example of service that makes me come back!Pros:When I brought back the car I mentioned that it smelled of smoke, That was something I had not noticed when I picked the car up but as the week went on the smell got stronger. The young man helping me asked how he could help and I told him I would appreciate not having to pay the $50 fee for dropping the car off at a different location. He asked me to come to the office and the manager there gave me a $25 credit, she could not waive the entire $50 fee but she and her staff's response was so positive and so quick I was fine with the $25.Reviewed 2017 Jun 26

Pick upPros:Picking up after booking at Bradley Hartford airport was a bit of a hassle. When you book the car you book in Hartford but the enterprise courtesy van takes you to an enterprise in Windsor Locks. Their taxes are higher and they try to charge me $100 more. To pick up enterprise in Hartford was 15 minutes away and their courtesy van would not take me. However they told me I could call Uber. After a bit of talking back-and-forth he finally agreed to honor the price that I got.Reviewed 2017 Jun 19
