Cons: i couldnt get a reserve a car even though i made the reservation and paid for insurance . very bad service my weekend trip was destroyed. such an unreliable service
Cons: The windows on the vehicle needed to be cleaned inside AND out.
Cons: Check in was ok. The woman wasn't very friendly and several people came in from the back with no masks on.
Cons: Hertz added charges. Taxes, being one, which I do not know if they were included in the original pricing. The bigger issue is that they tried to change the rate. From the agreed upon one through kayak to a “underaged” driver rate. I do not fit that category.
Pros: the staff for the most part seemed like they were trying but they needed about twice as many staff to make the location function
Cons: We arrived 2 hrs after our car was supposed to be ready for us. They sent me out to get a car and there was no car in the spot they directed me to. I had to wait for a car to be cleaned which took another 20 min. I had to leave through the bus entrance because there was no staff at the usual exit. The bus exit punctured my own vehicle's tire and staff told me there was "nothing they could do". On return, there was 1 person working and they just told me to leave the car and walk away. No receipt and 24 hrs later I've yet to recieve one. The whole place is poorly managed and doesn't have the necessary staff to get the job done.
Pros: Very quick rental, staff pleasant and efficient. Return was super easy and I was taken right to the terminal, no waiting

Cons: I picked up my car on 10/22...initially I thought the car smelled like smoke but I thought it might have been the guy that just drove it to me....but I reported it as I was leaving....the next morning I got into it again and yes it definitely smelled like smoke. So I drove it back when I went to get the paperwork that the guy filled out that reported I thought it smelled like smoke I found another form dated on 10/19 that said “customer reports it smells like smoke”. So I got another car...(I was keeping this rental for almost a month so I wanted to be sure that I was comfortable in it)....the next morning I got a Maintenance required soon message on the dash of the car I had just picked up. So off to the airport again ......the woman at the desk insisted that I didn’t need to return it but I said I was going to have the car for 3 1/2 more weeks and was traveling to NH and Maine. So she gave me another car which again smelled like smoke...so I went back inside and got another car which again smelled like smoke!!!!!! Finally I just kept that last car and got deodorizer but seriously folks! What the heck???? Hertz used to be the best but I will never rent from them again.... Very sad.
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The car was given to me in a parking garage, where it was a little dark so I didn’t see a few imperfections on the vehicle, but I didn’t have a problem when returning the vehicle. The staff didn’t record the gas correctly, so they thought I owed a balance when returning the vehicle at a half tank. Overall it worked out fine.
