Pros:I liked the size of the car and how clean it wasCons:I was unable to actually rent through them and they lied to my five multiple times, employees told me they were the only rental company who could take debit cards, and they also claimed to be the easiest one to use, but I went right down the street and the Avis people were far more helpfulReviewed 2021 May 09

Nice car, too bad it wasn't cleanPros:Nice car with all the options, comfortable ride.Cons:Needed large vehicle to pickup clients. Car was dirty, inside and out. Had to spend my own money to clean the car so it was acceptable for picking up business professionals. Inside was not vacuumed, chip crumbs in the door handle, some sticky white substance on the dash and several seats and candy in the creases of the rear seat. Not acceptable condition for a car going out to a customer. Cars should be cleaned inside and out when they are returned before being checked out to a new customer. Cost me $20 that I shouldn't have had to spend! Also, the system was down when I returned the car, so I was told I would receive a receipt in email. Never received the receipt, called customer service to make sure the car was showing returned, but still haven't received the receipt.Reviewed 2017 Apr 11

Pros:I asked for a different car after the first car they brought me had a musty smell, so they brought me a new one.Cons:I couldn't figure out how to move the back of the seat forward and since it was pouring rain outside I didn't want to get out of the car to get a closer look. When I reached my hand down by the side of the seat my fingers were covered in a greasy substance so I gave up after that. Having my seat back too far made my 3 hour trip from Dayton to Cleveland a bit uncomfortable. The car also had a weird blind spot on the side. There was also trash in the back seat. I was expecting more for a company like Enterprise.Reviewed 2016 Sep 12
