Pros:Staff were efficient and friendly (if not very helpful when trying to make changes).Cons:I booked a compact car because I wanted a fuel-efficient compact car. What I GOT was an SUV. Wouldn't change my "upgrade" even though there were quite a few compact cars in the Avis lot.Reviewed 2021 May 20

Extra dayPros:I was not happy that our extra day was so expensive compared to the rest of the rental I am not sure if other rental cars make you pay for the whole tank if you buy the gas in advance. Awesome gas mileage, horrible cig smellPros:The car (vw Passat) was clean, had great gas mileage. Very smooth ride.Cons:Horrible odor of cigarettes. Good availability poor pick up and customer servicPros:Good selection but so inconvenient to pick up and drop off without entering the airport. Tried to ask a question and calling the front desk was impossible for three days without going to corporate office kept being put on hold for 10 minutes only to be automatically transferred.
