Horrifically shitty. I had to make a change to my reservation so I called Avis and was informed they can't change anything on my reservation and I'd have to go through Kayak where I'd made the reservation. I was never able to contact Kayak but found where the site said any changes to the reservation had to be done through the renting agency. Completely worthless, I cancelled the reservation being left no other choice and when trying to rebook the same day, prices had more than doubled. 100% unsatisfactory, I rebooked through another provider and will not be using Kayak in the future.Reviewed 2025 Apr 17
