Pros: The staff in Warwick were very friendly and helpful. The staff in Atlanta was God-awful.
Cons: The car smelled like a cheap motel and cigarettes. The drop-off process was unclear, the staff member was rude and completely unhelpful.

Cons: There was no way to get employees attention inside the building. I had no way of knowing if they saw me and someone was coming to help or not.

Cons: Vehicle exterior could have been cleaner. Did not appear that the exterior was cleaned prior to rental. Interior was clean.

Cons: I understand about not letting people go inside due to pandemic issues. But please find a way to accommodate customers while waiting outside without having to be exposed to sun and rain. There must be a better way to operate. I also fell bad for these young staff working under these poor conditions. This is purely a top management responsibility.
Pros: I had a reservation for 6pm. I called to let them know I was on my way. They said we close at 6pm. I said how was I able to make a reservation for 6pm of you close at 6pm. He said "how far are you?" I will wait, When we got there we called, no answer and the door was locked.
Cons: If he was nor planning on waiting for us then he should have said that on the phone and not made us waste or time.
Pros: Staff friendly, but incompetent. Lots of opportunity for training here.
Cons: 1) Have the vehicle ready for pickup at the appropriate time. Ours was dirty, and had less than 1/4 tank of gas. 2) Improve team communication. We reserved an SUV because we were 5 traveling together, and I communicated this to the Enterprise staff twice. They still got it wrong. I told them early on the morning of our rental when I called (per their request) to confirm the rental. I told them again when we called for pickup at 3:45 pm. They showed up in a sedan that held 4 (including their driver), so half of our party had to wait at the train station for another pickup. 3) VERY long delay at pickup due to issues #1 and #2. They offered to put gas in the car, and we agreed, thinking that the amount of gas in the car at that time wouldn't even get us out of town. But their gas run took 40+ minutes. Did they go all the way to the airport for it? As a result, instead of slipping out of town before rush hour, we had to drive into the heart of it. They should have warned us of the distance they had to travel for the gas, and the amount of time it would take. 4) No ice scraper in a vehicle, in the winter, in New England. Had to ask for that too.
Cons: The car had the smell of smoking cigarettes, but not terribly bad and the manager waived any gas cost. We were happy with the smooth experience.
