Our experience was terrible. They offered us an electric crossover which was a 2023. We realized the location wasn’t actually in the airport but a few blocks and they wouldn’t allow us to move the location so we had to Uber there. They also wouldn’t change the drop off location. Then they gave us the car with 25% battery and didn’t explain how to find chargers at all. They charged over $100 in fees for no reason besides the fact that I couldn’t waste hours charging the car before drop off. Waste of time, bad attitudes, and terrible customer service. NEVER rent an electric car and never rent from this location outside the airport.Reviewed 2023 Jun 12

I arrived to find out that my reservation had somehow been scheduled for the next week because the manager said they were fully booked. I tried to cancel it there but was told I needed to call an 800 number. After rushing to find another rental car nearby and then traveling to my meeting, I finally got around to calling the 800 number. I was told by a rude customer service agent that it had been over 24 hours since I made the reservation and so a $50 cancelation fee would be applied. It had been maybe 26/28 hours since I made the reservation and was still an entire week before the rental so you think there would be some leniency, but nope. When I told the customer service representative that the system had changed my dates to next week, he responded by saying that it was Kayak/Priceline's system that erred, not Hertz's, so it was too bad for me. All in all, I was out nearly $100 dollars extra for having to schedule any car I could find the day of then out another $50 because I canceled my car at Hertz a few hours late because I had to call an 800 number. There customer service was rude and unhelpful and I do not recommend booking with them.Reviewed 2022 Jul 24
