The confirmation email had NO details as to which car company I was to use or any contact means apart from downloading some unknown app which I would not feel included to trust. When I got to the airport and saw no details and no means to contact I set up a disputed charge with my cc company. Not sure how you are doing business with this 3rd party that set up the booking.Reviewed 2022 May 04

Shocking customer service. I was advised I could drop off at a different location. Went to drop of off and was advised I would be charged nearly a daily rate to drop off there. It was then to late to drop it to the original location and was therefor changed an extra day. The extra daily rate what’s then more than 30% of the original rate. It took over 1 hour to drop the car off. A complete waste of time and money. The staff at the sydney city need some serious training. Avoid at all cost.Reviewed 2022 Feb 01

Not getting what I booked forCons:After my extra effort to email and chat with your customer service and was assured that I would get the car I booked, I still received something not suitable and different to what I booked. My subsequent complaint fell on deaf ears as well.Reviewed 2017 Jul 23

At drop off they tried to charge me for previous damageCons:At the Sydney drop off they tried to charge me for previous damage. They wouldn't resolve it, so I cancelled the second rental in Cairns with them. I took video when I picked up and dropped off the car , and I told them I had the video. So far they haven't tried billing me for the damage. I recommend you us a more reputable company.Reviewed 2017 Jun 21

Pros:Convenient pickup location near arrivals Friendly and helpful staff Dropoff was quick and easy once we had descended into the depths of the underground car park (Pullman Hotel in central Sydney) Car was clean and mobile - although small even after our upgradeCons:Very slow pickup - took over half an hour to complete paperwork although there was no queue. For us, it was a big comparison with Launceston (Tasmania) Europcar where we had rented the week before and where pickup was almost instantaneous (to be fair, Launceston is a much smaller airport). Price increased more than expected over original booking - 30% (of total car price) extra charge was applied for picking up at Sydney airport.Reviewed 2017 Jan 16
