Never got my rental....Pros:Online was easy to use and book. This was the ONLY positive part of the experience.Cons:Counter clerk was rude. once we got there to wrap my car he informed us that I had to have a credit card that my cash was no good. He was very rude and really need some customer service skills in dealing with people. It needs to state when you order your car that they do not except debit cards or cash. Not everyone has a credit card. There is a family behind us that also only had a debit card and cash.Reviewed 2018 Sep 04
