Pros:Nothing Car was dirty took me 45 min to clean it during COVID esp unacceptable previous contract was in glove compartment that says alot drop off was closed for 3 mos had to go to airport as a last resortCons:Everything car should be clean. Pros:Staff was polite.Cons:Staff was slow, distracted and ended up giving us the contract paperwork for a different car than the one we were given, this caused us problems we had to exchange the car on 4th of July because of a flat tire. Misinformation and additional fees!Cons:KAYAK does not take in account the additional fees applied by Hertz when under the age of 25 in the United States. I had specified my age correctly on the website and was under the impression that everything had been paid. Once I had arrived at Hertz the day of pick up another $500 plus fee was required. Ended up cancelling the rental and will be asking for a refund.Reviewed 2019 Jan 07
