Pros:I was scammed, we had made the reservation for 76$ and he told me the car was not available, gave me an even worse car, and then charged me 200$. HE saw that I had to deliver it in Cancun and once I told him I was heading to the airport he scammed me.Cons:If they stick to their prices.Reviewed 2020 Dec 01

Cons:I was refused the car on the day of original reservation - "sorry we do not have cars, will bring you one later in the afternoon". No car in the afternoon only the following late morning. Very poor service of Hertz, not even apology, would not recommend to anyone.Reviewed 2017 Jan 03
