second time this location has incorrectly charged me for wrong fuel when I return. The car was 8/8 full but they claimed it was 7/8 when I had just filled up 5km away in town.Thank god I took photos of the fuel gauge and milage so I can charge back to my credit card. Pros:Pick up was complicated and took a long time. There was a new employee checking me out, but she didn't seem to have very friendly support from the rest of her team. I felt bad for her. Also, there was an attempted charge for a driver's licence check which shocked me. I think this is ABSOLUTELYCons:(cont from first question) RIDICULOUS. I cannot believe Hertz charges for checking the driver's licence. I will not be renting from Hertz again because of this.Reviewed 2019 Jul 31

Pros:Everything's was very fast and easy and the car was great. We noticed during the pre-trip inspection that one tire had a nail in it, as is common around here with all the construction, so they gave me a new car, no issues at all with only a slight delay to change the paperwork. It was great.Cons:Not much. I was really happy with it all.Reviewed 2019 Jun 18
