There was nothing that I like I rented a VW Polo and they have a Suzuki Space something I could barely fit 1 luggage in the trunk the transmission was total garbage the car barely made up hill in the Alps and the breaks sounded like total garbage called 3 time to have the car switched and I got as much help as asking a garden gnomes for help. 10/10 will never recommend Hertz ZurichReviewed 2023 Sep 20

My experience was great. My only issue was getting the final bill a bit faster (we dropped the car off before the office was open), in fact I still haven't received it, I had to look it up myself on the Hertz website. This is a minor issue.Reviewed 2023 Jun 13

We were never pressurized to take out extra insurance since we were covered with our credit card, which was great The lady who helped us was quick and assured us our credit card insurance was enough. It’s. When we returned the car, we told them we had made a little scrape right at the bottom, they took pictures and said we should claim from our credit card, but they were going to charge us €940,. At first we accepted it , and then said a scratch like that cost $940, the guy said, no, you dented the door as well. We absolutely did not dent the door.. Comparing that door to the other side door they were both the same , so I got into an argument about the door. Another assistant came along who also compared both doors and said no there was no dent, the other guy was wrong, so from €940 we suddenly only owed 400.- no apologies just crooked business as usual. This is always what people complain about with car rental agencies. They try and rip you off with dents and scratches that you never made….. always take pictures and check their little drawings of where the damages are when you collect the car. This always adds another 30 minutes onto your car rental. We had the same experience in Italy with another car rental company. Wonderful people they are.!!!!Reviewed 2023 May 19
