They charged me EXTRA on my credit card BEFORE I took delivery of the car even after I was assured the payment was made in full ( no balance owing). Upon return of the vehicle, they found a very minor nick in the windshield. I have attempted to have this resolved over MANY emails and keep getting the 'run around", even after they admit that the overcharge at the beginning was their mistake. They have considered the case closed and are with holding the money they mistakingly charged to my account ( the money owed is more than a windshield repair ) I will NEVER deal with Hertz Rental again.Reviewed 2024 Mar 03

Cons:Provide more details on roadside assistance as we tried in vain the contact Hertz about a coolant warning light issue. Also, expedite return process at ZRH Airport as we waited a while b/c they were understaffed despite it being peak holiday season.Reviewed 2019 Jul 29

Smooth and easy experience all the wayPros:Staff were very helpful at Zurich airport, they were also flexible to accomodate us with the change in our flight time and pickup-drop off time. the car was pretty new and very clean and in good shape.Cons:The Mini Cooper had the most uncomfortable seat of all the cars I have driven! I’m 180cm tall with an average body, although the drive be is fun but I don’t recommend this car for any drive longer than one hour, well this is not Hertz problem, I should complain to the car designers!!Reviewed 2018 Sep 19

Pros:got an upgraded size of the car as the requested size was not available, it was new and spacious and clean. Droppoing it of was a breaze, just handed the keys back and the papers and off to my flight. The location of the rental at the Zuirich airoport was great. Staff was really friendly.Cons:Small comment that it was not very clear what to do when I came back to return the car. I parked it and then saw a Herz person working with someone else, so I waited a couple of minutes. It turned out I could just give him the keys and go, but that was not clear coming in, so it would be useful if that was said to me when I was picking up the car.Reviewed 2018 Sep 01

good rentalPros:OVerall, we liked the car rather well. The GPS helped most of the time and the Hybid helped gas prices quite a bitCons:I would like some form of owners manual.
