You all need a bigger signs for drop off. And better signs in the back of the building as to where to enter after you drop off. I can figure it out but the older generations may not. Tad bit confusing. You one tiny sign blow over in the back of the building. Just an idea for you ;)7.2 Good

Too much time spent up selling. At 10pm, I want to pick up and move on. Not stand in line while others face up selling and I rehearse my lines to address my own up selling. Even pizza carry out was closed by the time we reached our accommodations...10.0 Wonderful

The kid behind the counter was nice, as he told me I could not rent a car.Cons:
Maybe let people know when they rent a car that if they are picking it up from an airport that they MUST have a credit card in their name to rent it and that a debit card DOES NOT work. That's kind of important information!!! That way they don't get stuck there with 2 small kids who were scared they'd never get home for hours and have to have their elderly mother drive 3 hours in the middle of the night to pick them up to drive another 3 hours to get home by 4 am for the kids first day of school that morning. Luckily she was able to or we might still be there as there were no Uber drivers in the area and a cab would have been $300 for us. If you are going to REQUIRE something, you need to make sure people know that!!!!10.0 Wonderful

The car that i reserved being available. I was left stranded bc ur website showed cars avail to rent but when i got there they had no cars. Cost me 4 hours of my vacation time dealing with trying to get another car from another location. Not to mention the extra cost for the taxi to the next town car rental and the extra cost of the diff vehicle. Not happy at all10.0 Wonderful
