Cons: I expected room to be a little cleaner for what we paid...

Cons: Slow Elevators. Pools not open late enough.

Cons: The over priced brunch at the hotel restaurant. The only thing that was hot was the eggs from the omelet station. Serious work needs to be done to keep the rest of the hot food hot.

Cons: The food at the Market wasn't good. I had a turkey sandwich from the refrigerated section and the bread was very stale. My wife ordered a bagel with cream cheese and she could hardly bite into it.

Cons: I know CA has water shortage but the sink water pressure was ridiculously low. So much so that the water temp would not reach warm. I ended up using the shower for brushing my teeth. The garage does not accomedate large cars which made it difficult to park the Suburban, not XL just normal size. There are some spots but the compact cars park there and 90% of the parking spots are really compact. The stairs in the parking structure need to be cleaned and aired out they have an intense urine smell. We like to take the stairs but kept with the elevator for that reason.

Cons: you didnt have a business center so I could work outside the room as I didnt have a Laptop with me . No free wifi to send a receive mails in my phone.This two things are a must in European five stars hotels and are always free.

Cons: They changed $47 for parking

Cons: Self parking is horrible. Valet parking is $45 a night.

Cons: So frustrating that there were hidden charges. Felt ripped off

Cons: Expensive rooms, extra charge for internet, no ventilation fan in the bathroom.

Cons: Everything was overpriced. Valet was $47 a night ($35 for self parking), the hotel charged an extra $12 for Internet service, and the room service arrived in a paper bag and plastic cups (very disappointing).

Cons: I stayed on the South Tower, did not like the construction noise and sight of construction

Cons: Subaverage room. The price of the room and the room itself does not match. Small beds, small bathroom, small sink area, not a luxury hotel, less than average room.

Cons: The rooms were old, beds uncomfortable, and there was trash on the hallway and on our balcony

Cons: Balcony quite small. Restaurant nice for breakfast buffet but dinner wasn't very good.

Cons: While on vacation being woken up at 4:00 am and 6:00 am every morning due to construction work being done on the expansion of the conference center was a bit maddening. I got the impression that they were behind schedule due to the 3:30 am dumpster clean out. The services at the one and only restaurant was very poor. Complete mayhem in the understanding of the services due to poor management, Often times we would have to go look for a server to get a drink at the lounge area.

Cons: A little pricey. Internet charge.

Cons: First of all, they try to hold $100 a night for possible incidentals but could not provide the correct paperwork stating that it was company policy so they use the tactic of trying to stall you out so they don't have to deal with you anymore. Second I didn't like the communication the front desk lacked, I didn't like that there was a pool but no Jacuzzi, I did not like that I had to pay $45 over night to park my car or the fact that all the parking circling the hotel was 2 hour metered parking starting at 8am. The valet service guys at times were more helpful then the front desk in curing any issues I had. This place is only for out of town business people. People with a company card who are looking to pay high for food and minimal fun.

Cons: San Diego! Great city, but research your hotel carefully. There are lots of nonsense outfits like The Renaissance waiting to take your money for garbage service!

Cons: The room was clean and comfortable but very small. If was very noisy each morning and due to the location there are homeless people everywhere. The smell of urine is prevalent on the streets as you walk around and are constantly accosted for money. The roof top bar is very expensive and in need of a remodel. This is an extremely over priced hotel in a poor location that would be average at half the price.

Cons: No bath robes.

Cons: The TV kept freezing and I would have to restart it. The TV was laggy. Maybe because of the WiFi or the tv itself

Cons: The service was sub-par. Since they don't have electrical kettles in the room, we ordered some hot water for tea. After 30 minutes and several more phone calls, nothing showed up, even the operator told us she called house keeping several times. We had to give up and find a cafe nearby. The room was not as clean as the Sheraton we stayed at previous night. There are old coffee stains on the carpet, rust marks in the shower. The hot water actually ran out when I took a shower, first time ever at a 4-star hotel. The front desk wasn't that helpful either, keep referring to a printout when asked for recommendations, not exactly concierge level of knowledge of the city as one would expect at a nice hotel.

Cons: I didn’t like that I had to call for housekeeping after being gone all day. They either forgot my room or got backed up really bad but never notified me. Also my tub kept dripping and light was burned out in the room.

Cons: The air conditioning seemed to be rather old and was positioned in the far left corner of the room in the wall. There was only one vent and only went down to 65°. Although that seems low, it felt more like 69° or 70°. For such a small room the air-conditioning still didn’t seem to do the job well. As far as the location it was suitably placed around areas of interest such as restaurants and bars. But it was also adjacent to a courthouse and jail. Although I did not feel unsafe in the least, it did mean we heard sirens all throughout the day and night. I think it would help to have double pained windows to minimize the noise. When seeing pictures online one of the biggest reasons we decided to book the hotel was the rooftop bar and restaurant. As our vacation was to celebrate my 34th birthday, we thought that that might be a great place to have a nice dinner. Unfortunately, we stayed at a time when they had odd hours and were not open much of the time we stayed which was disappointing. The parking was outrageous at $48 a night.

Cons: Breakfast options were very expensive inside inside the hotel. But there are many local nearby coffee shops for breakfast.

Cons: For the amount of money I should have stayed at a Holiday Inn. I've stayed at multiple Westin locations....this was wayyyyyyy below standards. Cleanliness was terrible in the room. The "free" water in the lounge was always empty. The furniture in the room was more like a two star hotel. The pool was tiny. The jacuzzi was super small. Just a terrible experience.

Cons: Bathroom was nothing to write home about and parking is a bit expensive

Cons: Taxi dropped us off at the wrong Westin just 3 blocks away.

Cons: Bed too soft, it is like it is just made entirely of pillow. I had some maintenance issues in my room, which they fixed, but they wanted me to move instead.

Cons: $44 parking cost and one way streets with only two valets

Cons: Hotel is a bit dated in its decor, and some of the lifts have a slightly funky smell. They can only swipe your credit card so you'll need to activate it before going. Some facilities are missing, e.g. bathroom slippers, kettle, etc.

Cons: Checking in the man helping us was very fake and condescending. Parking was 32 dollars a day.

Cons: They changed the price from what I booked online. And added $100.00 more. Then you have to spend a half hour proving the price through emails. Frustrating. Beware and look over your receipt when you check out.

Cons: On the first morning of our stay, the housekeeping supervisor with her clipboard came banging at our door at 8am. She didn't stop until we jolted out of a deep sleep to answer the door. When we came to the door she pretended not to speak English. The parking is $35/day. There is no fridge in the room. The duvets had stains and smelt bad.

Cons: We got a handicap room and I'm a Hilton member. No love there and it was my anniversary no love there!

Cons: We did like the view but wished there were more pictures online so you can get a good feel of the view you're paying for. I believe it would be helpful for further bookings.

Cons: no free wifi no fridge no microwave expensive valet service $45 for one night! old pillows security lying to me about not having a 26th floor

Cons: Booked a view room on line requested a refrigerator got to hotel was told that I did not book that room and it would be $ 35.00 dollars more a night for view room . No refrigerator. 2 days without housekeeping had to call front desk to get room cleaned.

Cons: Issue: paying for WiFi? What is this, 2007? Get it together Hilton. So many more options in town, and along the bayfront that offer a better value.
