The car was good, however, the girl at the counter failed to inform me that there was a cap on the km I could drive, even tho she asked me where I was heading. You would think they can easily calculate the KM in their booking system. I've requested a refund for the extra charge, under the transparency consumer laws in Switzerland. Tons of hidden cost and basic insurance doubled the cost of the car we were originally quoted $400 for the entire trip with everything they wanted to charge $1600 to my card. I wasn’t planning for that much And wasn’t able to pick up the car.Reviewed 2022 Nov 03

My worst experience in rental cars in a decade. I have rented cars across many countries and continents and ironically the worst experience was in Switzerland. There was missing information in the pick up. They lied about insurance of the car in the pick up. The insurance value was a daily amount and not a single amount like they mentioned. Also they overcharged 20CHF due to a reason they could not figure out at the dropoff and couldn't repay in it! needed to write an email to complain and still waiting for the moneyReviewed 2022 Oct 05

The airport rental pickup situation is chaotic and slow, and the returns, complicated by airport construction are very confusing in Zurich - surprising incompetence for the Swiss! In future, I will take the excellent train system to rent in the city Zurich or Basel, and return to the airport by train as well. Not only is this a less stressful option, but it is also a considerably less expensive one.Reviewed 2022 Aug 31

Absolute rip off. Do not rent from them. I would much rather pay a little more and go with hertz or Avis. Completely made up drop off charges and randomly asked charges. No sticker for Swiss roads which had levied a 200 dollar fine!!! Not againReviewed 2022 Aug 07
