Pros:Nothing.Cons:When we arrived, on time, at 7:00 pm there was no one in the Thrifty booth. A sign referred us to the Avis booth. The Avis clerk told us that Thrifty had given our car to someone else. It would take a while to get another one. One and 45 minutes later we cancelled the reservation by phone and rented from Budget. They had us on the road within 20 minutes. The service person at Budget was personable and very helpful. We got the Budget rental for $200.00 less than the Thrifty rental. Perhaps they need to change their name. They definitely need to learn what the word "service" means. I'll NEVER go to Thrifty again.Reviewed 2018 Apr 07
