The car has a lot of dents and scratches. The drop off wasn't inside the airport. The pick up shuttle in Miami took 40mins
Staff was unfriendly. Staff initially had me wait for over 20mins despite no one being in line and her at the desk. When asked basic questions about rental agreements staff was dismissive and rude.
they moved and didnt update the addesses on the website and the contract, this caused me a 45 minute delay and to miss my flight. the customer service phone number was useless and I didn't get to a person I need up going to a different rental placeand they gave me the correct address
I had expired plates the entire time. When police pulled me over that’s how I noticed. I rented it 8/2024 And plates had expired In 4/2024 literally more than enough time for them to notice. Gotta do better Car Wiz!
I never pick up my car the unprofessional front desk do not allow me to offer my personal insurance car. They request me to paid 350 dollars for the insurance, which I show her the disclosure documents from my insurance company and she said that if my name is not in the insurance card, she will not letting me driver the car. This is the poor company that is why they are outside of the rental card building in the airport.please, do not book in that company don't loose you time and money.
There was nothing I like about this car rental.experience. Lines were long and there were an incredible amount of people in line. Lastly, I was forced to get collision insurance It was explained to me that the is company doesn’t compare with Heryz, Budget. Avis and /of none of the big company rentals. In a nutshell I won’t be renting from this company agai. The use deceit practices.
