Flight was scheduled to depart at 1210 hrs. It was delayed 1 hour 20 minutes (maybe for air traffic control reasons). The seats were worn out and very uncomfortable. Lunch was typical for airline. Flight free were friendly.
The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.
I didn’t use Entertainment so, no comments on it. Staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. Wines (I also tried Polish White wine) were really good, so also the food. The accessories provided were good (a goodnight chocolate would have enriched the experience 😀) Originally flight reached before time but we didn’t understand why it was sidelined for almost half an hour and also, luggage was delivered quite late (20-25 minutes) and that too after changing belt! That need not be LOT’s fault! Overall, I would certainly like to travel again with LOT, worth recommending!
I really like it and travel to Europe and back with Lufthansa, but it is getting expensive, a bit beyond my me
The flight was smooth and on time. Check-in and boarding was very efficient. The flight was very comfortable and there was good entertainment and food on offer.
It was alright, you are sure about your bags even though they will be bag checked, you will get them back once you disembark.
4 hours is a long flight with no movies and no snacks.
The flight was cancel and then changed the gate 3 times and nobody communicated to that change I don’t take any trips whit that company
Poor preparedness for wheelchair requiring passengers at Frankfurt. We were parked at a remote ramp requiring air stairs, this despite being 4 passengers who couldn’t take stairs down.
The cabin crews can be more friendly and helpful with a smile, the food can be improve little bit, that will cover the tediousness during the flight. The airport can be cleaner, there are rats running around, this is really astonishing us! The whole experience for the flight is terrible !
I was served cheese that had mold on it. I brought this to the flight attendants attention and she informed her supervisor. They were apologetic and offered me a replacement, but I think that is extremely insufficient compensation given I ate bad cheese causing food poisoning for my birthday vacation. Both me and the flight attendants photographed the cheese, and I was told they’ll “put in a ticket” to ensure it doesn’t happen to someone else…….
Lufhtansa has and can do better. The food was inedible. No individual light for reading.
I had to rebook my flight or I should say I tried to rebook my flight and all I got was a complete run around. The response to my first call/request was "call back on the day of your flight". My second call/request was more positive and I was told that yes flights/seats were available for the dates I requested but to call back the next day as the price for the flight would drop. I called back the next day and was then told there were no seats available for any of the dates I was requesting which covered a period of all of April, all of May and all of September. I knew then I was getting a run around. I called my CC company and submitted a request to stop payment. They have done so. I will never, never book through KAYAK again and will never fly with Lufthansa. Finally, I am a seasoned traveler and have lived and worked overseas for most of my life. Never had such poor service.
