Cons: "I was one of about 50 passengers who arrived in Bucharest to discover their bags had not been put on the flight. Due to spending over an hour in the airport sorting this out, and the flight being highly delayed, I missed my connecting flight."

Cons: "Please be advised that on the ELAL flights there are additional security conducted, and only when I’ve got to the head of the line to board, I’ve been told I need to go through it, and I’ve been addressed aside to their personnel to do so. They should announce that to be cleared to all passengers"
Cons: "Regular El Al tickets to Europe include bringing a suitcase. Their website says that "Lite" tickets are charged extra for bringing a suitcase. At the airport I was told that my ticket was "Lite" even though there was no hint of that on the ticket. As a result I had to pay an extra $220 dollars."
Cons: "Hi I ordered a flight at the Kayak site with a suitcase. And when I got to the talk they told me you had to pay for the $ 70 suitcase. When I bought the flight ticket on the site I paid for a suitcase but at the desk they did not see it and I bought to pay again"

Cons: "Our light and interactive video did not work and the flight crew could not have cared less. We ended up having to move seats because we couldn’t read with no light after they dimmed the cabin crew."

Pros: "Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft)."
Cons: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."
Cons: "You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company."

Cons: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."
Cons: "WizzAir's service. The flight had an 8 hour delay due to bad weather, while Tarom had a flight on the same route, under the same circumstances, and managed to fly to and from Valencia within a much more acceptable 2 hour delay."

Pros: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."

Pros: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."

Cons: "Seat comfort - the seats are tied with Ryanair for worst comfort (rigid and very cramped). Worst of all, though, as with Ryanair - seat allocation. Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!"

The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.

Communication was impossible: feedback was missing, no alternative communication options are offered. Check-in without feedback and the status was unclear at the airport until the last minute. A whole weekend under full stress. Never fly again but never use your platform again!!!

Pros: "I have flown LC Peru many times over the years here in Peru. Especially to regions other airlines don´t cover."

Cons: "Everything was wrong! They did not communicate with us and we were stuck in Cusco from 8am-4pm. All other airlines were moving and getting their customers back to Lima yet LC Peru gave no viable justification for the bad experience."

Cons: "When I arrived at the airport I was told I couldn’t fly even though I had a reservation. They said the plane was too heavy and they couldn’t accommodate any more passengers even though there were a lot of seats available. They basically screwed a lot of passengers and as I had connecting flights to make I had to scramble to buy a ticket with a different airline. No apology forthcoming !!!"
Cons: "THIS IS YOUR WARNING! DO NOT FLY LC Peru! After being in the airport for 7 hours they CANCELLED our flight and gave us no reason and NO REFUND. Two days later we had to use another airlines to make it back to Lima."
Cons: "This airlines has horrible customer service and seems unsafe too. They cancelled flights multiple days in a row without cause and weren’t helping people with refunds or rescheduling. One day they just said cancelled for rain. I ended up buying a return flight with Latam after my friends’ flights were cancelled just before boarding without explanation. Do not use LCPeru."
No real business class on this plane, I had to ask for the food 1.5hrs after take off, super warm beer, very very poor service
