Turkish Airline wanted to charge me $798 one way from Munich to JFK USA to rebook flight! so I book a flight with another airline in Munich way cheaper! Turkish Airways is blacklisted for LIFE! after trying to charge me the price of a round trip for a one way rebooking!"

Pros: "Great food and service. Turkish Airlines has always had a good reputation as we flew with them for years and that hasn't changed. My only one peeve was that I was asked by the flight to sit next to an unaccompanied minor in case of energency. Being a mother. I thought, no problem. The child then became my responsibility on a ten hour flight. Boundaries were crossed when it graduated from assistance to responsibility byt little one could do mid air."

Ordered kids meals but didn't expect to get ravioli with mushrooms or wraps with peppers. both things kids barely ever touch. Same for the Quinoa salad. My own snack after 8h of light was a Roggenbread sandwhich. It didint taste bad to me but I can see how others who are not accustomed to the German Bread cuisine would not like that. I don;t know, I feel like Delta or KLM come up with way better alternatives.
Overcrowded, no hot coffee in the morning, not enough water, too long „ sleeping time“. Friendly and fast check in.
Seats were comfortable with plenty of luggage storage and legroom.
Caos en el aeropuerto, nadie sabe donde se va a sentar, reasignan asientos a último momento, no respetan que se haya elegido asiento con anticipación incluso pagado un asiento de mejor categoría , el personal fue muy amable

Cons: "I was told on the phone earlier (and very rudely) there are no gluten free options for eating. I have celiac disease and do not do the diet for "fun". It's for health. I found out thanks to the excellent crew on board there is an option."

The crew was relatively rude. One of the hostesses was pretty much throwing things at people. The seats really were not comfortable at all and first of all I had paid to have a seat 23H and then when the boarding pass came through they were trying to sent me and seat 55. And I had a very hard time getting this changed to 23H where I was supposed to sit I had to rummage through my things to find my paper receipt 😞

Pros: "The crew were friendly and helpful and the flight arrived early, even though we left a little bit late - as such - I was very happy with the flight. The onboard entertainment system was wifi based and there was a USB charging port in the seat too - modern aircraft."

Cons: "British airlines delayed flight to my transfer. Missed my transfer to Madrid and got one to London. Leaving from London my flight on British was delayed by 2 hours AGAIN. Not good."

Cons: "LEG ROOM! This was less than normal space! The seats were so close to each other I couldn’t even straighten up my knees! This is a long haul flight, it is not humane to keep people folded in 3 for 12h!"

Cons: "When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline."

This sounds like something a shady company would pull off. Was very disappointed, not what I expected from Air Europa"
The team of flight attendants assigned to Economy class were very attentive. They assisted my disabled husband with the use of an aisle chair so that he could go to the bathroom. They were respectful and patient with him when it took awhile for him to finish. After the flight we went to the ER and he had a bladder infection.
Staff are attentive, pleasant and responsive. Food was wonderful. Wish that we didn’t have to board buses to get to the plane in Rome but went smoothly. Flight was very smooth but ITA can’t control weather. Left late but got there almost on time. Great flight.
A lot of things could have been better. They lost our luggage. We missed our connection from YVR to Naples when we arrived in Zurich and then we got re-routed to Rome and then Naples. We eventually got to Naples but our bags didn’t. Our experience at the lost luggage in the Naples was not at all reassuring. They didn’t seem that interested in our problem. I did a live chat with Swiss customer service and all they could do is tell me to follow the process. Meanwhile we’ve had to spend significant money on clothes and I have to replace medications. This has meant our trip so far has been totally different than what we had planned. It’s not clear that our baggage will ever show up which means we will have lost significant amount of clothing and other things and our two month trip to Europe will have more problems than good memories. So far we are not happy.
Not a very modern plane with no entertainment and a sandwich and juice served on board.
the customs line was total chaos. staff were exceptionally rude. was almost late for flight because I was directed to two different lines. once I finally got on the plane it was great. Great choice of movies and games. Staff was nice. the food could be better but I'm happy I was fed. exiting was easy.
Terrible. Flight was cancelled with less than 10 hours notice. They added an extra flight to the itinerary and separated our weats which I specifically had already paid to have together.
Flight was missed due to delayed departure from Rome Luggage lost on Rome.
Missed connecting flight because flight out of Rome was delayed. Had to rent car to final destination. Luggage was lost from Rome. Delta is blaming Ita Airlines and Ita Airlines is blaming. And as of right know neither airline wants to be responsible for our luggage or refund or missed flight. Will not book trips through third party companies such as Kayak again.
Terrible service, uninterested employees, inefficient boarding process, and marginal set up on plane. Staff make the airline - good luck with this one.
Never went to Rome's airport and it was beautiful!!
