The flight was very smooth, however, the quality of food was mediocre.
Forgotten Suite inside of the top compartment but went back to ask and they didn’t leave at the lost and found place. Also the checking in was so horrible. I had multi city and one of the passenger saint have visa go go go Dubai. The Ethiopian airlines never had information about requirement for US permanent resident so couldn’t go to Dubai. And when coming back to US we were told we can not use our Addis to Washington ticket and they forced us to get new ticket. Very horrible experience.
The hygiene was super bad. Smells bad and air refreshment is highly advisable. The crew made some one else sit in my spot and no one is checking seat number and people are jumping to sit on other people’s allocated seat.
It was wonderful best Air lines covert and all very happy with their service they have been very helpful and friendly
Very bad experience flight was over 5 hours delayed 😑 not a chance to be put on another flight we had to stay at the hotel we lost 2 days on our vacation. Never again I will fligh with Ethiopian airlines.

I felt all of the food tasted the same. And we had five meals over the 16 hrs in the air.
Very bad, flying business but have no benefit of it. the crew was rude and I was not offered any food at all. I called them 3 times but none of them came. I was sick at that time and none of them helped me. an hour before landing they came to offer me food. it was too late because my stomach was already very painful and I was vomiting. I nearly can’t walk to immigration. I was forced to cancel my connecting flight and had to stay overnight in stockholm to recover my health.
It’s good alternative flight out from Mogadishu, especially for the timing
I took 4 Ethiopian Airlines flights on my trip. Each flight was one of the worst experiences I have had flying. The interior was filthy on each flight, the seats, the floors, the bathrooms. All were filthy. At 5-10, my knees touched the seat in front of me. The person in front of me declined their seat, basically making eye contact with me should they look up. My seat did not recline, so I was trapped in my seat, unable to use the bathroom or get up from my seat unless I woke up the person laying in my lap. My tv and seat were broken, as well as my friends seat and tv for our 14 hr flight. The bathroom closest to us was already clogged before we took off, so the backed up bathroom smells wafted out and into our row the entire 14 hr flight. Out of 4 flights, they were out of vegetarian food options for each meal. Flight staff was fairly rude and unapologetic, finally agreeing to give me a second roll and butter instead of no substitute offered for most of the meals. Flight crew had zero control over the passengers, allowing adults to congregate by exit doors and talk loudly during sleeping hours. Children were allowed to be completely ignored as they played outside of their seats and screeched for the ENTIRE 16 hr return flight. Forcing passengers to try and shush the children. Passengers then got up and got their bags the second the flight touched down, ignoring all safety and exit protocols. I will NEVER fly another Ethiopian Airlines flight as long as I live.

Iberia airlines was late on every flight I had. It was very difficult to communicate in English with iberia airlines and airport employees.
There's not enough leg room in economy class. The seats are very narrow as well.
This flight was rebooked from a missed connection 3 days before due to connecting flight cancelation. We had upgraded on our original flight but were assigned coach seats on this flight. BA could do nothing to upgrade us due to this flight being "overbooked" and "busy". We should have been rebooked in upgraded seats. Now we have to apply for a refund.
Plane arrived late to gate, staff at Philadelphia had no sense of urgency to get people on the plane. Boarding took 15 min longer than it should have because despite 4 staff working at the gate, only one was scanning tickets while the others sat talking to each other.
I like the team but I don't like the food you provided with money. I want free food and free water.
My flight with I berira was okay byt the lost my bags I still dont have them also the transit flight was so no comfortable so I dont think will go with them throught and transit flight again
The boarding process was horrible. As a business class passenger I had to stay the long line after the gate doors because the was no special priority boarding. After the full of people bus stop near the plain nobody from the stuff was organize passengers on the ground before the plane. All passengers from economy class were using the first ramp and passing business class to rich their seats in economy class. But at the same time the second ramp to economy class seats was absolutely free. Bed selection of vine. At the beginning of dinner Cava was finished. The food was very simple for business class and not tasty. It is impossible to serve grilled beef in bouillon instead of creamy souse. Instead of espresso I got filtered coffee from the pot. Second meal during 12,5 hours flight as a small piece of tortilla is too small.

After we paid additional to sit in exit row, a passenger came in late with an act and sat in the exit row seat next to us. He did not pay the extra for the seat as his assigned seat was a middle seat the row before. And the did not do much to challenge him. That is not good business when you charge some people (us) additional but not others, right in front of us the customer. Not exactly looking after your customers like business schools show in countless case studies. Also on our connecting flight from Madrid to JFK, we witnessed the crew bring an already opened meal to woman sitting next to us. When she would not accept the meal, the server said that is all they had and she would have to eat. That is a blatant rejection of basic health codes. She could have gotten food poisoning if she ate the opened meal Both incidents are unacceptable. Next time the MN ame Air Europa comes up in airline selection, we will not be considering it
Dear Air Europa Baggage Claims Department, I am writing regarding my baggage claim, reference number JFKUX13455. My baggage was delayed and was delivered to me later than expected. When I received my suitcase, I discovered that the suitcase itself had been significantly damaged. Unfortunately, when I opened my suitcase, I also discovered that many of my personal belongings were missing from inside the suitcase. Several items that I had packed before my journey were no longer there. In addition, three cartons of cigarettes that were packed inside my suitcase were also missing. The missing personal belongings include the following items: - Prada sunglasses — $450 - Ray-Ban sunglasses — $300 - Dolce & Gabbana perfume — $185 - Three newly purchased clothing items from Turkey — $200 - Two pairs of slippers — $280 - Coach handbag — $395 - Newly purchased suitcase — $75 Total value of the listed items: $1,885 The suitcase itself was newly purchased, and I have the original receipt showing the purchase price of $75. I also have purchase records and credit card transaction records for several of the missing items. The three cartons of cigarettes were also packed inside the suitcase and were missing when I received my baggage. I have photographs of the damaged suitcase and supporting documentation regarding my purchases. At the moment, I am unable to upload all of the photographs and documents, but I can provide them as soon as I am able to do so. I respectfully request that Air Europa consider the delay of my baggage, the damage to my suitcase, and the missing personal belongings and other items from inside my suitcase as part of my claim. I flew in business a couple of months ago, it was great, tried again in economy, it is the cramped seat I have ever been into, for an overseas flight across the atlantic it is inhumane to put passengers in such cramped space. Other than that, everything ok. Took a second flight from Madrid to London, also economy and it was roomy and perfect.
12 hours flight. Only one meal, not enough food. At the galley only water during the flight. Lavatories not clean. Headsets at extra cost.
Need to pay for a cup of water. No food. Need to pay for headsets.
I flew business class, at breakfast I asked for a small bottle of olive oil instead of butter and the flight attendant responded with a negative gesture.
No frills airlines. Tickets were reasonably priced for a short-term booking. But comfort is a big issue.

Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses

It was timely boarding, well organized. The food was weird in a flight to Buenos Aires. I felt as if I were flying to Asia because of the chicken teriyaki. In my section flight attendants spoke only German and English. I wondered why no Spanish speaker was hired for a flight to Latam. In that Lufthansa needs to be more customer oriented. Compared to other airlines the four seat in the middle is less comfortable. That said, staff was polite and efficient, the entertainment system worked well. It was ultimately a peaceful, well organized and safe flight. Thank you !

Boarding to the plan was smooth. The plan itself was fine but the entertainment system work only on some seats (in our 3-seats row area only one seat had a working system). Landing not on a shoulder is very uncomfortable (departing the plan and travel in buses like it used to be 35 years ago)

The seats needs to be spruced up , for a long flight very uncomfortable , cushions are worn out but everything else is very good , crew is great.

ITA cancelled my flight and I was not able to make it to my connection flight. I had no choice but to book a totally different ticket, different airline and pay for a flight that I can't afford. ITA keeps saying I will get full refund, but I can't believe it.

More than 2 hours late and no food because of a problem with the catering. The flight was super full and there wasn’t enough space for the hand bags. A lot of space for improvement.
