There was nothing wrong with Aegean. We were very confused about whom to contact, since we booked with Kayak, then got shoved over to Underpricer and some other agency.
Crew was great, service was good, flight went well. Originally, the flight was advertised with WiFi… including during check in… and nada.
Aegan Airlines compensates for its outdated business-class seats with excellent food and onboard crew service. Launge was also excellent.
Seats that recline. Ice for soft drinks. No charge for did drinks. Wifi.
When a flight has a delay of about an hour it is customary to announce the passengers
they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.
Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.
More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff
Very delayed. Plus lack of entertainment on board. Crew members were very nice
2 hours delay on the plane causing is to miss our connection
Boarding to the plan was smooth. The plan itself was fine but the entertainment system work only on some seats (in our 3-seats row area only one seat had a working system). Landing not on a shoulder is very uncomfortable (departing the plan and travel in buses like it used to be 35 years ago)
The seats needs to be spruced up , for a long flight very uncomfortable , cushions are worn out but everything else is very good , crew is great.
Terrible. They canceled 2 flights and then sent everyone by BUS from Rome. They should make amends by offering some sort of compensation.
I don't like anything in this flight the food was bad the service was bad the flight was old and not connected to the screen no intertainments at all and it was long trip was bad intertainments the crew not helping
I’m disappointed with ITA Airlines. I feel their planes are outdated. I upgraded to Premier economy and there was very little “Premium” about it. I flew on SAS in Premier economy and that is a great experience. I do not recommend this airline.
ITA cancelled my flight and I was not able to make it to my connection flight. I had no choice but to book a totally different ticket, different airline and pay for a flight that I can't afford. ITA keeps saying I will get full refund, but I can't believe it.
The programming in the entertainment features was very out of date.
I heard that ita airways was not good but my experience was very solid
More than 2 hours late and no food because of a problem with the catering. The flight was super full and there wasn’t enough space for the hand bags. A lot of space for improvement.

Flying business class but the experience is of economy class
I really like to fly with Lufthansa. It is comfortable and reliable. The crew are polite and sensitive
It was very good, good food good stuff, The toilets were a little stinky.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.
Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat
The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.
Seating 4 hours without the possibility to recline the chair was very bad
Food was awful, it was a cheese sandwich that was frozen, smelled awful. How can you ruin cheese!
The seats were slightly banged up. Legroom was a bit tight. No food or drinks served No entertainment whatsoever.
