Pros: "Everything about the flight - barring one thing - was brilliant. The new overhauled interior with the padded leather seats and a mini bar is an exquisite touch. The build quality of the interior such as the spotlight, switches, buttons all have a classy touch with a very classy interior cabin lighting. It felt like how a business class should be: excellent. And, as usual, the staff remained professional, polite, friendly and very helpful."

And bvos of that, Emirates staff didnt allow me to chkin my dutyfree stuff which they threw away.. i want to be compensated for that."

Cons: "We sat in the bulk head economy seats for the extra leg room, but instead it was used as a pass through for the flight attendants and for other passengers. This was an older plane and there wasn’t an aisle cross over, very annoying! The chicken pie was scorching hot and no serving utensils."

It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞

Pros: "From checkin to luggage collection - the flight was easy and without hassle. We left slightly later than scheduled but arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Staff from check in to those onboard we polite and professional. The aircraft was clean, bright and appeared in good order."

Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay."

Cons: "Being allocated when we booked seats apart to make us pay £11 to sit together. All we can take from this is that it was another money grabbing exercise by Ryanair as there were plenty of empty seats available when we boarded!"

Almost as much as our ticket to Mallorca. Not okay. They were so rude to us and I dont trust that they will do this again to us. It’s a scam in my opinion. Definitely read all of the fine print or they will rip you off. Oh! And we paid for PRIORITY boarding. Psh"
Cons: "20 minutes notice of an 8 hour delay. Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters."

Cons: "They seated us apart because we wouldn’t pay extra. Seats are cheap, uncomfortable, and don’t recline. Baggage policies were ridiculous but weren’t enforced. Very little legroom. We had to walk up the stairs and down on arrival. Apparently a proper gate costs extra."

We are unable to get any of the money back and not able to use the tickets. United Airlines on the other hand gave you s a full refund."
Cons: "They charged €55 for checking in at the airport, and wasted even more time schlepping between different counters with handwritten paper slips. it would be cheaper and more efficient to just have a mechanised checkin process. It's not clear who benefits from this expensive and annoying rigamarole."
