The flight was on time. The snacks could be better
Shelly gave us good service. Check in however was another story. Quite the disappointment actuslly
would be nice to have a separate section for families with noisy kids, but luckily flight was ending as that increased.
The cabin was really cold. Captain warmed it some but still cold and I am usually hot.

The arm was not able to go down comfortably, and when it did it was not usable . The passenger on my left, window seat, was probably 6'7" and had to sit with a man spread in order to fit. I could not move and was extremely uncomfortable. The plane was overbooked so I was unable to move. Therefore, worst flight ever. Plus, I paid for a full seat and was only able to occupy half of it."

Flying to Milan, got to London and there was no connecting flight to Milan. Got booked for another flight to Milan 8hours later. Lost the $400 Ride accommodation that was supposed to pick us up at Milan at 9pm. We got to Milan at 11pm. And got to our destination at 5am. Stranded in Milan airport for 6 hours because it was too late to find a ride. Now, the luggage part. It got lost. It took 3 days to locate the luggage. Had to go back to Milan airport to pick up our luggage. We were going to Italy for a wedding. Lost the first night wedding dinner with family. Our dress never got in time for the wedding. So wasted another day for buy wedding dress for the family of three. $8k. Now on the return flight to US. Our flight from Milan to London was delayed so we didn’t make it to our connecting flight from London to Atlanta. They booked us for another flight to JFK. Staying in NY at this crappy hotel waking up at 4am to go to Atlanta. We have never ran this fast from BA counter to security to gate in our entire life. It was a total disaster. Not to mention we have paid over $10k for Bussiness Class ticket and we were treated like dirts. Our vacation/wedding got ruined. We were frustrated, exhausted and felt cheated.
I had every piece of information that I needed to board my flight as well as the flight of my family. I had all my documentation I had all my Covid negative test as well as the application for my phone I have my tickets I have my seats everything. They’re rude customer service at the desk when we tried to check in was the worst. They would not allow us to fly because they said we needed to be vaccinated but nowhere on the website nor talking to people over the phone stated vaccinations were needed if we had had Covid already, we had test proving antigens and antibodies in our system as well as negative Covid tests . Absolutely the worst company in the world is Iberia not helpful rude

I travel around the world for work and each year I fly to more than 12 international locations but never had a horrible experience like this. My carry-on bag is 21” carry-on bag that I traveled in more than 20 countries for the past 3 years but American Airlines staff members at the check insisted that my carry-on bag does not fit the FAA regulations and they threatened me multiple times when I protested their attitudes. I am an avid traveler and I know my rights as a traveler but the American Airlines staff members were extremely rude and insisted that I have to check-in my carry-on bag. The real issue was that regardless of the size of the carry-on bags, they were forcing almost all passengers to heck-in their carry-on bags a clear indication of money-making scheme. When I protested their attitude, they threatened me saying that I pose a security risk and that they would not check me in but I stabbed my grounded insinuated that my bag fits the FAA regulations. I booked this flight from Bristish Airways and this was a code shared flight, I called British Airways in December 22nd and confirmed the measurements of my carry-on bag but when I told American Airlines about the Bristish Airways, they told me “they don’t care, this American Airlines not British Airways”. It was humiliating, it was disrespectful, and it was unacceptable!!!! At the end, I removed one sweater from carry-on and the issue was resolved but after this experience, I will never never fly with American Airlines and never recommend anyone to use American Arilines especially their Barcelona flights and connections."

Cons: "Our flight attendant did not smile ONCE! At check in , we had the good fortune to be carrying exceptionally small carryons. However, two passengers had bags that appeared regulation, but apparently were not. These two people were treated like criminals. I’ll never fly Air Europa again."
Pros: "I'm a big guy, 6ft 4in, over 300lbs and I had an exceedingly comfortable 6 hour flight. Staff was friendly and just the right amount of interactive."
Cons: "I tried to pay an extra suitcase and the website didn't give me access .. then I read than to southamerica was allow two suitcases, when I arrived to the airport, aireurope surprised me with 150 euros por one package extra"

Cons: "As my connecting flight was late due to the check-in debacle, I had very little time to make it to this flight. After running I made it, and my assigned seat had a broken chair! In fact the whole thing, including the newspaper holder and the screen were broken. The flight attendant was not shocked by this at all, simply suggested to use the seat next to me if no one was using it. The entertainment on these flights is awful! Only a few very old movies, and you have to pay 3 euros for the head phones. The planes they have are quite old and broken all around."
Pros: "The price was great for a direct flight from Boston to Madrid."
Cons: "The plane was very, VERY old and extremely uncomfortable. This was an overnight flight, they turned down the cabin light for the first ten minutes but then it was on for four hours, making it impossible to sleep. There was no in flight movie, and there was no way to turn off the antiquated cumbersome seat TV. Really awful to get off the plane and be exhausted. They didn't offer food to the inside rows, only to the window side. When you asked you got an annoyed glare."

Cons: "The plane is big and modern but lacks entertainment alternatives. They offer an IPad for rent for 10Euros. Not good."
Cons: "I bought 2 tickets at the same time for me and my wife and the sat us separately 10 rows apart from each other. Its stupid they dont let you choose your own seats. Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."

Cons: "Old plane, no entertainment system (just AirEuropa ads in a loop), late and slow boarding, no blankets or pillows."
Pros: "People were all nice both on the ground and in the air"
Cons: "It was a prop job, ground entrance and, because some passengers were delayed, we were 25 minutes late taking off. Problem was, as it wasn't close to the terminal, there was no AC and it got REALLY warm on board."

Cons: "I felt as if I was treated unfairly by one of the crew members. She clearly saw my friends and I did not receive a meal but continued to pass on the lunches even after noticing my hand was up. It wasn't until I got the attention of another crew member that she finally recognized we were lunchless. Hate to be that guy but could there be some type of prejudice within the Spanish crew members?"

Cons: "The entertainment was a little frustrating. The screens were only in the middle section so if you sat on the sides, it was really hard to see. There was also no outlets available on a 7-8 hour flight."
