This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Very delayed. Plus lack of entertainment on board. Crew members were very nice

Schedule and on time departure and arrival were great. The crew was good, but a change in aircraft bumped many of us from our expected seats. It was a crowded flight, but the cabin crew did their best to keep things under control.

Austrian was not the issue. Kayak was terrible The flight was canceled. Frustrating but it can happen. The worst was Kayak's customer support around re-booking. I have chatted with a bot, than with a person who insisted the flight was still on as originally booked. while chatting i went on Austrian web page and told the kayak chat lady that the flight is shown as cancelled. She said she will escalate this and that someone will contact me within the hour. When I have asked her to give me the details of the flight she sees, She gave me the general A to B and return B to A. Totally unhelpful. After two hours I contacted them again, They were still saying the original flight is as scheduled and when I explained again I was told I will be contacted within 2-6 hours. NO ONE CONTACTED ME EVER SINCE! I have than contacted Austrian directly and was rebooked on a difficult flight. Kayak continued to send me irrelevant updates about my original flight. Terrible customer service at time of need.

the flight was canceled, and I had to stay more than six days at hotel . waiting . then I had to buy new ticket. really it was very bad experience, and I lost a lot of money and time , and your airline said sorry

Management and staff att viena wasn’t professional,and they are not good by how to communicate and solve the problem, I was shocked , as I know Austrian airlines was amusing Thank you

The baggage arrived damaged and i spent EUR 300 on the baggage a month ago. No responsibility from airline or the handles.

The flight was late. We accommodated other missed flights, and the plane was full of people, without space to store carry-on luggage. They lost our checked luggage for the entire flight and delivered it after two days.

Premium Economy is good value in comparison to Business Class. Not all the perks of Business but a lot of leg room and wider seat and elbow room. Food was very good. I even asked for a Gruner Veltliner wine which was not on the trolley and the attendant went into Business/First to get me a glass. Nice little touch. I would like to have a wider selection of music -- more 70's-80's (guess how old I am).

It becomes like Wizz air, no good, bad comfort and you should pay for 20kg bag.

I am Star Alliance Gold which meant nothing at security as my partner, who was on the same ticket, couldn’t come through with me which meant I had to wait for 20 minutes for him to join me. For a hub airport the lounge was small and uninspiring. We told staff of our security experience and they informed us it was like this for everyone. Isn’t this is an Austrian Airlines hub? Boarding was a nightmare as there was only one person at the gate and again, I had to go through without my partner. The boarding was supposed to be in groups but a bunch of travellers with lower groups were crowding the entry level. After I managed to get through I found myself on a bus waiting with 3 others for 15 minutes as the checkin had failed. Then only to find everyone else coming onto the same bus. My partner and friends actually beat me onboard. The crew were young and unable to control the crowd allowing people to stand in the rain instead of getting people to their seats promptly. During flight we were only offered a cup of water & a chocolate. Not impressed with Austrian Airlines or their Vienna hub airport and plan not to use them again if I can help it!

Overall pleasant flight . The lunch was exceptional! Delicious chicken curry with perfect rice and amazing chocolate (Sacher torte) for desert. I have not eaten such a good airplane meal in a very, very long time.

Lufthansa fails at mentioning no luggage when booking through points. We had to pay added fees to take checked bags to Europe for 2 weeks. The staff at check in were not helpful at all. told us "if we don't like it, then book another flight". Food was bad, they ran out of half the options. Vegetarian was terrible. The flight crew was nice, and tried to make it work ok.

I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

Changing the flight with app and customer service was very difficult and poor .although I h ad a ticket and seat number still had to pay more money as ticket not transfered. Couldn’t buy another ticket for my daughter on my booking too. Customer services’s appealing. My daughter was ill and noine cared.

Deplaning at Frankfurt required ck=limbing steep stairs with no provision for escalator or elevator.

There was a boarding delay in Almaty. Comfort and food was average.

It was good. Nice entertainment selection to keep me busy for the timeframe I wasn't sleeping. Professional, courteous and attentive crew.

I was unable to select my seat when checking in online.

my screen did not work, but the middle seat was empty so I used the middle screen. Also, I appreciate that I was allowed to switch to an earlier flight and avoid short delay during boarding

Entertainment and a mobile charger are essential on the plane. We accepted the small plane, but at least we wanted to be comfortable while traveling.

Seat was comfortable, but very hard to work to recline properly. Impossible to find the headphone jack. Food was not good at all. Tray table pocket was filthy. Flight attendant seemed annoyed at everyone and everything.

Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

It was like moving cattle around. Very abrupt, uncomfortable and not much hospitality

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.

I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again

The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.

Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain

I had 4 flights for less than a week and there were no delays and issues. Thanks to the crews and for perfectly organised service.

There is no usb for charging the phone you should provide the water

Online booking is poor. Flight crew are excellent. Would use them again.

The close the front toilet this is not good . They arive not on time is been delay the dont clean the plain . Poor
