Horrible, they detoured my first flight to Roswell and the communication on why was very poor, We arrive late then waited 20 minutes for them to set up the bridge. I arrived at my connecting flight gate and was told my seat had been given to someone else even though the flight was delayed. We then get to customer service and the computer went down for several hours. The person at the counter was eating their lunch while trying to help me get a flight. Dhe then rebooked on a flight with a connection that was leaving two hours prior to me landing. So I had to then stand in another line to get rebooked. I missed my trip to Morroco and waited 7 days to finally get my luggage. It was a nightmare.

The flight from Madrid to Boston was awful. Without prior warning, I was seated in the row in front of an exit row where my seat did not recline. The person in front of me reclined, reducing my already tiny space further. This was the WORST flight I've ever had.

Overall it was okay. Just the lost baggage and how they are handling it

The flight delay in Dallas created a domino effect that impacted all of the connecting flights. It also increased the number of connections. I missed my flight from Casablanca to Marrakech because of the tight turnaround when landing in Casablanca. . CMN airport was understaffed. Only one person could help while other employees were just watching him. It was an extremely frustrating situation. People were crying and slamming their palms on the counter when speaking to the customer service provider, Allabough (man’s name?). Allabough couldn’t change my flight in the system. simultaneously, I was on the call with America. Airlines customer service rep named Solomon that said he couldn’t change it either. So, I took a ONYA voyages train to from Casablanca to Marrakech to get there on Friday June 26. This was unpredictable trip.

Excellent with no delays and according to the time schedule.

A bit noisy. The seat was suboptimal and there was too much noise in the service area. Some if the crew members were less than nice; others were great.

Iberia is a much classier experience than their US partner airlines.

No WIFI for the flight When told the breakfast item was cheese and tomato, did not mention sun dried tomotoes - totally different flavor and not what I wanted. Flyer for items for sale but none were offered.

Seats, comfort level ugh. Crew was not attentive, only to coach

Rude security cunts. However the lady that issued my boarding ticket when I was flying back from New York was lovely & helpful!!
