The pilot was professional and very good. The flight crew, very young and often looked flustered and overwhelmed. The seats were among the most uncomfortable in the air. The boarding somewhat chaotic. The price reasonable. Overall it was an average budget airline experience...although Iberia is not a budget airline. I fear if Iberia doesn't up it's game customers like us will go elsewhere.

We flew into Barcelona and the plane was so cramped and very uncomfortable and dirty. But we flew out of Madrid and that plane was much better. Would fly Iberia again.

Cabin crew friendlier, they weren't weren't unfriendly, but simply professional and not more

It was extremely cold in the back of the plane. The seats are uncomfortable and space very small. Crew was excellent as usual.

Well my luggage was damaged and they lost the plastic cover. I need to file a claim and I would like for someone to follow up with me on this. Thanks.

Awful!! Flight from Miami was delayed. Therefore we missed connecting flight. Nobody knows where our suitcases are for 2 days already !!! As far as the air craft: TVs are not working, food ala cart and even that looked awful. Did dare to taste. If you want a blanket - bring your own. Nothing is free.

Pretty fair for the price of the plane ticket. Food was poorly, but overall was a ok experience for a super long flight.

Both flights were delayed. I lost my connection on the way back. No voucher or anything was givenx I had business ticket and no support to make it on time. I got to the door running 5 min after they close. Food really bad. Breakfast in business was worst that I what I remember in economy. Even though I have accumulated many miles, I don’t think Inwill keep buying Iberia. I am a frequent business traveler.

Seating was very tight and not comfortable. Would rather pay extra to get more leg room. Overall, the flight was not as nice as expected. It’s comparable to flying Spirit Airlines or Frontier airlines in America. Even as a budget airlines, Iberia should at least serve water or light snacks, especially for international legs, no matter how short the flights are. We were flying from London, Heathrow to Madrid Spain on a 2-hour flight without offering water, unless you want to pay for the water.

We flew Level for the first time direct from Barcelona to San Francisco, and wow, we were pleasantly surprised: large, comfortable seats in economy class, the crew were very friendly and polite the entire trip, and the food and entertainment options were great. We would absolutely fly them again.
