I didn’t like the ride with the bus to get to the terminal on the flight in Europe Crew was really nice
Misleading or incorrect information resulted in us being charged $95 to check a bag. This did not happen on our flight from Boston to Lisbon - the bags were checked through. So at the end of our trip, we were tired and waited a long time to be told that we had to pay $95 for each bag (two of us, we each had one). This was profoundly disappointing. The food was not good. The crew was great. Seats are uncomfortable, and it's like riding a bus. I'd never pay for an upgraded seat because even business class didn't look much different. Generally, I fly a legacy airline, but I wouldn't book with TAP again.

The crew was professional and courteous and the boarding process (two kids included) was very smooth. This has been our BEST experience with an airline in 15 years of traveling annually to Europe. I will book with TAP for now on."

Cons: "When getting ready to board, they need to have signs designating letters requested for boarding. Some people were cutting into other lines and in front of others. There was too much bread given. For example, at lunch we were provided with a cheese sandwich and a chocolate chip muffin. On the positive side, I liked having yogurt with each meal."
Cons: "My flight was put on standby, so I couldn't check in using the machine. When I went to the Air Morac counter to check in, they refused to listen to what the problem is. First person told me my ticket is not business class, without even hearing out what the problem is. Second person told me to go to another counter. When I went there, the third person told me they only process passengers flying to Russia, again refusing to listen to what I have to say, and then direct me back to the second person. After that, second person confirmed that the 3rd person is responsible. So I went back, the third person finally decided to listen and told me to wait for their supervisor. I stood there for 40 minutes. The whole thing is extremely unprofessional."

Cons: "This was a rough flight. First, Air Maroc at some point rescheduled the flight to some six or seven hours later than when I booked it, without bothering to even send any notice. Apparently according to their terms of service they can just change flight times as they like, and passengers are responsible for somehow figuring it out and dealing with the consequences. Oddly, the original flight time was still posted online even after I learned of the change, so the only indication of the change was the boarding time on my ticket. When I asked for the new itinerary, RAM employees seemed very confused about why I would want to know when I was arriving in New York (which ended up being 1 AM instead of 5 PM). To the airline's credit, they did offer accommodation in Casablanca, if you stood in an hour-long line. However, although I had been flying since 5 AM and not leaving Casa until 10 PM, I was not offered vouchers for breakfast or dinner, but only lunch (at 2 PM). Because I had to leave the airport in Casablanca, I had to go through security half a dozen times, including while boarding, with various harmless things confiscated. The flight was kept extremely dry, and the crew was stingy with water (although tea and coffee were abundant), only offering water twice during a nearly 8 hour flight despite my requests, and doling it out in small cups which they seemed annoyed to refill. The crew was not efficient or fast. The food on Air Maroc is often okay, but this time it was nearly inedible, especially with little to wash it down. It was not the worst flight I've been on, but it was pretty miserable."

They oversold the flight and when you are 1 min late, they give away your seat ,even though they is a 2 hr delay. There was a cockroach on the plane, and the sad thing is that they had cockroach spay on the plane. This should not be. New tickets had to be bought my my other family, although their flight was delayed. I am definitely reporting them to the better business bureau. They should not be in business at all. Never again"

Many flights left from the same gate and it wasn't clear where to go in the Casablanca airport."

Cons: "When we arrived at the gate, we were told that another bus would come for us. It never showed up and no one came to help us. So we missed the flight. We tried all afternoon to get placed on the next flight out. The ticketing office told us we needed a supervisor to approve the changes to our reservation. We were informed all the supervisors were in the back office watching the futball matches and that we would have to wait. We were told if we don't get the supervisors approval, we will have to buy a new flight at full price. So we waited for many hours. Finally the night supervisor came out and told us that he can't do anything. He said the day managers would've been the ones to help us. They've already gone home after the football game ended. They wanted to charge us $840 USD each for new tickets"

They check our passaport around 10 times, but there is no one to explain us where to go and what to do...After midnight they sent us to a hotel where we had to share a room with someone we never met before because there was not enough rooms to all of us. RAM=NEVER AGAIN!"

The flight was delayed for 2 hours with no announcements. I had a Mauritanian necklace that I bought while in Senegal 30 years ago. And the female searcher gave me a hard time, would not let me pass through inspection and reported me to her superiors. She insisted that there was something inside of my necklace. It was only when I got nasty with her in French, did she finally let me pass through so I could wait at the boarding gate. I spoke to others who were on their way to Lagos and other parts of Africa who had waited at airport for 2 days with no accommodations."
