Cons: "We had to check our bags because the plane was too full, this was inconvenient and it made the plane arrive a little late"
Pros: "They had a great selection of movies, each passenger received a blanket and pillow without having to ask, the crew was friendly and professional, and the takeoff and landing were smooth."
Cons: "During the reservation process it seemed that the ticket included luggage, and only when I received the ticket I discovered that I had to pay 30 Euro extra, each way, to check in luggage. The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price. And the food could have been much better, I really couldn't eat anything and I usually like airline food... :) Thanks!"
Pros: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Cons: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."
Cons: "Crew was rude and the seats had astoundingly little leg room. Plus they tried to upcharge for everything. Will never fly with this airline again."

Cons: "British airlines delayed flight to my transfer. Missed my transfer to Madrid and got one to London. Leaving from London my flight on British was delayed by 2 hours AGAIN. Not good."

Pros: "Loved the staff. As far as my experience flying Iberia for the first time is concerned, the the staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was not bad either as it was pretty good and included many beverage options. Would like to see how they do for flights lasting longer than 8 hours. Mine was only about 5 and a half hours from Madrid to Tel Aviv."

Pros: "TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable."
Cons: "TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever."

Cons: "The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling."

Cons: "Absolutely horrible business class on the A330-343. Honestly, they should be ashamed of flying this airplane. They have four of these from Singapore Airlines and of course on both flights I was unlucky enough to get stuck with it. The cabin looks horribly outdated, is worn out, and smells."
Cons: "The entertainment is very poor. The programs are not on demand and the screeen is old, small and very poor quality. The A330-200 I flew from Boston to Lisbon was excellent and had the new lie flat seats and on-demand entertainment. Big difference between the two airplanes."

Cons: "The online check in was very inconvenient, the site was slow, the reservation couldn't be found, the seats couldn't be chosen. On the inbound flight I managed to check in after numerous tries, on the outbound, couldn't check in at all. The flight was delayed for an hour while we were already in our seats. The staff was unorganized and inattentive."
Pros: "New plane with a great entertainment selection but I think the leg room is becoming less with each new plane. Musical seats —if you’ve flown ElAl before you know what I mean—was annoying. Flight crew seemed to disappear for a while. No response to the call button for over 5 minutes so I walked to the back of the plane where all flight crew seemed to be congregating to get a glass of water. When crew was around, they were very pleasant ."
