Non responsive and affable flight attendants. Preordered fruit dish delivered “by mistake” to a different passenger!

It was a good flight arrived on time with great crew and tasty food.(Business class)

The plain was 1 hour late. The drinking cup are ridiculously small

My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.

Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

The food is horrible!! The staff not smiling and looks that they don’t want to work

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.

It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight

Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight

It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.

Flight was very full and we had to checkin our carry on. Stuff however promised us that our luggage will be the first one to come out and it did

Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.

Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.

Everything was great, except for food. It was not good. I think I got a food poisoning from the salad.

Not much that I liked. The seating and Space between the seats was very bad for long flights.. very bad for such a prestigious Airline.
