A day after I perches a multi destination tickets I called Swiss air costumer service requesting to upgrade my tickets to business class. no one would even try to help me. They just kept saying I need to contact my travel agent. After 3 phone calls I gave up and decided to wait and upgrade my ticket at the airport. 2. In Prague the night before my second flight I hurt my knee real bad to a point that I couldn't walk at all. The next morning I call Swiss air costumer service again trying to explain them my situation telling them I can't fly and won't be able to make it to my flight. Costumer service cancelled immediately all of my remaining tickets and try to sell me new tickets for a full price. I said I don't mind buy and pay for the one flight I missed but there is no reason for her to re sell me the rest of my tickets that I already paid for, again. Then she start to change prices up and down like in a Chinese flea market. At that point I begged her to talk to a supervisor but she Kept ignoring my request and just try to negotiat for a lower charg she kept me on the phone for 5 hours. My hotel phone bill for that one call cost me 150€. I never got to talk to a supervisor but she took down the charge to 517$ Not included a new ticket flying out of Prague. 3. For my last flight going home. I showed up 2.5 hours Earlier. asking to upgrade my sit to business fin desk send me to talk to asupervisor. The supervisor was trying to process my request but didn't seem to know what he was doing at all. One minute he was on his computer then the next minute on the phone with Swiss air headquarter then back on his computer for more then 35 minutes with no resolute. I still had an hour and half before take off when he told me he can print me the ticket but it's to late now since the gate for my flight is close and I already missed my flight. I said that's impossible cause I still have an hour and half to my flight but he insist on the gate been close and there is no way I can get on that flight. Right away I run back to front desk asking them to print my ticket as fast as possible cause I would really like to get on that flight. In front desk they told me not to worry cause I got plenty of time to get on that flight. So I gave up on the business upgrade and told them that at that point I'll be just as happy to sit by the window. Of course they put me on the very end exactly in the middle. After the door was locked I looked around and saw plenty of free sits available including by the window. 4. In Zurich I finally managed to upgrade my last flight coming back to Tampa fl to business and noticed that the only way they could do that was by contacting Swiss air headquarter for approval. When I asked why is that since I fly a lot and never seen anything like that before one of the lady's there told how Swiss air left all of their front desk powerless and all decisions must be made by headquarters."

The flight attendants were slow and rude. I asked for two white wines with my food, and was looked at with disgust. I was told that I can have one, and when I finished it, I could have the second one. I said ok. Well 30 MINUTES later I touch the attendant button and no one came. Finally after 5 min someone came to take my order. She quickly came back and said they were out of wine. This was a very disappointing flight."

I know this is done to cram in as many seats as possible into the plane, and thus sell more tickets, but from a passenger's perspective, this is a terrible practice."

He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

He could have just politely told me there was nothing available. Not looking forward to my return flight"

Pros: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

At the airport I was told that my ticket was "Lite" even though there was no hint of that on the ticket. As a result I had to pay an extra $220 dollars."

Nasty , took 1 bite and it was nasty , The airplain was old and was playing 1 movie in Hebrew, what the hell !!!"

Cons: "I got a different ticket leaving me stranded and Boston for another 6 hours to my connecting flight to Baltimore why my mother and my sister were on the same flight back to Baltimore after we arrived from Tel Aviv to Boston I had to pay an extra $50 for them to fix their mistake which I just filed a complaint with them about. Knowing how poor their customer service is and how impossible it is to reach them I doubt I will get a refund which I am entitled to given the extremity of the situation being that I was five and a half months pregnant and being left to worry about how I'm getting home to my family and my sick father really irritated me that L all had put us on different flights it wasn't until 15 minutes before boarding that I realized my ticket was not the same as my sisters and my mother had to run to a help desk in order to get any kind of help and what she had to pay another ticketing service $50 for them to change it because my mother would have had to go all the way to gate E from gate D which was on the other side of another building in Boston because Boston is huge Airport I am so frustrated I do not recommend anyone flying with this Airlines not only are there planes ancient and you will be squashed by the person sitting next to you their service is incredibly poor when it comes to helping people get to where they need to be their crew members and such are nice but don't deal with them if you want to hassle with security so badly that you just get so irritated I recommend flying with other airlines any Airline is better than this one and I will not take down this review until they fix there problems with in their Airline they're going to continue losing customers if they continue on this road because no one wants to deal with poor customer service and on top of that poor organization and ruining a family trip that was supposed to be relaxing instead it was a nightmare"

I was sitting the back of the plane and there wasn't enough overhead cabin space for bags since they back areas were filled with other equipment. The seats were horribly uncomfortable - between by legs getting smashed because of non existent leg room and with the chair itself just being awful. The room was so inadequate that the person sitting next to me was basically in my space unintentionally. There was no entertainment for a 4 hour flight which was awful. It was overall one of the worst flying experiences."

The airline "Prestige operated our flight from Toronto to Tel Aviv. The air plane and the crew were NOT el Al. The airline Prestige had an older aircraft with no TVs, entertainment for kids, the crew was not El Al for an overseas transatlantic flight VERY poor...on the return flight from Tel Aviv the same airline and aircraft operated by Prestige airlines was utilized and this time the ordeal turned into a nightmare. During take off from Tel Aviv as the plane was gaining speed to go into the air one of the tires blew and we almost had a catastrophe on the runway. We were on the runway for 2 hours and then deboarded; waited in TLV airport for 8 hours before taking flight on an actual El Al plane. The point that needs to be made is to verify that you are taking an actual EL Al plane NOT a partner airline....the airplanes on an actual El AL fight are accommodating and offer good service, food and entertainment (which is much needed on a transatlantic flight; especially if traveling with children)."
