Pros: I was able to get the car.
Cons: The app would not allow me to update our pick up time after a flight delay. The "chat" feature wasn't a help. They had so many they were talking to it would take 3-4 min. to get a response. They never did pass on our flight was late, so they thought I wasn't coming. Car needs cruise control fixed.
Pros: staff female on shift) was excellent, organized and very helpful. very kind. knew her job well. i also liked how close to front door of airport the station was.
Cons: my substitution suv was marvelous, but i bet it would be better to have more cars available(i ordered truck and was offered suv, which was terrific and suited me very well, worker could not have been nicer to me! hope to get her again in future. lc

Cons: I arrived and one person was working the desk (who was an amazing guy). My car wasn’t ready and he said he needed to go off site to get one and clean it. At 1130 at night, this shouldn’t be ethe case. The guy working the counter was like a superhero keeping everyone happy. The experience should have been easier for both of us. I expected more.
Pros: The car was very clean and the attendants in Albany even brought the car to me which I appreciated.
Cons: I highly suggest you speak with your staff so as to warrant better customer interactions, especially in the face of a worldwide, unprecedented global pandemic. I do not appreciate being asked to move out of the way so another customer could be helped while I was trying to have questions answered by the attendant checking me in. I was extremely worried about getting back to my family and do not appreciate being swept aside as I was clearly upset. I was asking questions about payment options and she couldn’t have cared less. Also, the fact that she didn’t offer hand sanitizer or to wipe the pen off that other patrons had been using says a lot about your priorities in keeping the health of your customers and not spreading this virus. The same could be said of the attendant in Springfield when I returned the car. She couldn’t have been more bothered by my presence. In a time when the whole world could use some empathy and understanding her attitude could not have been worse. Clearly customer service isn’t a priority for Alamo and I will keep that in mind the next time I need a rental car.

Pros: Car broke down within 24 hours and the customer service team was unhelpful and unsympathetic. Ended up in Lake Placid with no car and no way to return to Albany airport. They basically left us stranded and have not returned calls or offered us reimbursement for Uber. Never using #failamo again.
