None of Budget service I liked. The car was so dirty and filthy. They absolutely did not clean the inside car. On the top of that, the car engine was really bad. They need to fix it. There was something wrong with the car that did not feel right when I was driving it. I did not feel safe at all while I drove that 2025 Toyota Corolla - horrible car. That was why I returned the car early than the scheduled. And, the cashier people ‘ping-pong’ me to their pickup people, back and forth walking out of the airport, just to ask for my receipt. Seriously????? Just for a receipt????? I will not use any Budget rental car anymore, ever!! What a horrible experience with Budget!Reviewed 2026 Mar 08

I highly recommend not using budget. Not only did we have a terrible experience with a car not being available after reserving at seven months in advanced when I made a complaint, I heard nothing back. They basically took a vacation that was meant to be once in a lifetime it made it extremely stressful. We ended up going with enterprise and they were fantastic.
