Cons:After calling Alamo main reservation to make sure they had a car and everything went through. When I arrive no car. Lady at desk said they were all out. And they should have never told me they had a car for me. Poor customer serviceReviewed 2020 Aug 17

3rd Party AppsPros:The conscience, and how easy it is too book a rental without any hassle.Cons:I believe that if your company is allowing another party to advertise for you... they should have all the details when coming to only having to use a major credit card... instead of a link in the bottom right corner that's labeled rental requirements.. then you open it then it says only major cards for the deposit... I wen .through this ordeal and then was my first time renting car.. do i never knew this.... !!! In the future I'm hoping that for people who did not know that this information is more seen like right before your able to finalize your rental so that there's no confusion,... That leads to finding out when you get to the actually store! I hope you do take this serious and adjust that.... thanksReviewed 2018 Mar 07
