Sales associate was RUDE at checking-in. I was charged $80 more than online booking. The cars breaks were not working cause me to have to stop hundreds of feet before traffic. Will NEVER rent from Budget again.Reviewed 2023 Mar 27

Did not have the car I booked. They mentioned last minute pay more and upgrade had just 2 SUV on lot. The rear seat of the SUV was filled with cobwebs and spiders crawling around. An insect got into my daughters ear.Reviewed 2023 Mar 01

Even though their hours said they would be open, I wanted to double check because it was late so I specifically called ahead to ensure they would be open for my arrival. They confirmed and had my flight info. When I arrived they had closed and gone home for the day despite it being within normal business hours and my call to confirm just hours before that. Waited 30 minutes for the Budget employee to show up at the desk even though I had a reservation for the time I showed up. When the employee showed up (said he was outside getting a car ready), I told him I had a reservation and he asked for my name, then told me he didn’t have my reservation. Then he found it in the computer, and said that he didn’t have a car for me. Offered to rent me a full sized SUV for double what I had booked the car for. Luckily I hadn’t paid for the original rental yet so I just left.Reviewed 2022 Feb 04

The pickup wasn’t that bad but no one checks your car when you pickup. The drop off was very unusual. The budget person asked me to drop keys at Avis counter and there was no inspection of car. I hope I get my security deposit back.Reviewed 2021 Dec 22
