I booked car way in advance. When I went to pick the car at Budget there was note to go to Avis window, when after waiting in line end up with the front person she told me car in not available at present may take an hour or more. I asked for any alternate car she said does not have any other car. Asked her name she said she is not supposed to give the name. When asked for supervisor she said not available. I than asked if car was not available why did not someone call me or email me. She than called the marshal on me. It was a terrible experience I left the airport and got car from another company.Reviewed 2026 Feb 09

Cons:They ripped me off by Making me pay $65 to refill my gas tank due to saying that there is no gas available in Georgia during the crisis. The very next day every single gas station was open and so that was not true. I only used one quarter of a tank of gas. I am going to never use project againReviewed 2021 May 22
