Cons: The customer service at pickup was terrible. Gentleman behind the counter barely spoke and when he did it was almost unintelligible. Individual would simply get up and walk off, with me having no idea what was going on. Check in took an extensive amount of time. I asked about entering my rewards number and received no response and no entering of said number. Guy walks outside, no idea where he’s going and stands beside a car (I assumed it was my rental). He takes a video walk around of the car, shoved me keys and handed me something to sign, then walked off

Cons: When I return the key at midnight, I couldn’t find pen on the counter. So I spent almost 10 mins to finish the form
Cons: The breaks were squeaking when they pulled it around, I asked about it and I was assured that it sometimes just does that when it starts up. Not knowing any better, I went ahead and left with the car, the breaks never stopped squeaking. I called them before they closed an hour or so later and I was told they didn't have any others cars but I could drive 20 miles to their airport location and switch out the car. I told him I didn' have the time to drive a round trip of 40 miles out of my way and that I would be arriving at their location in less than 10 minutes, he said he didn't have a full size car he could switch it out for, I asked about another size, he said all he had were compact cars which I found incredibly interesting considering when I rented the car an hour ago he asked if I would like to upgrade to a nicer / larger vehicle for $10 more per day. I don't feel the manager was honest with me. I ended up with a car with squeaky breaks for my week long trip.

Pros: When my flight got delayed we decided to rent a car and drive in order to make our connection. I booked on kayak in less than a minute while sitting at the gate. Car was ready for us 5 mins later when we got yo the rental desk.
Pros: Customer service was great. The quickness of checking outthe vehicle and also xhecking in. Very clean and comfortable vehicle at a reasonable rate.

Cons: Rates are high and Last time I rent a car they charge me regular price and when I looked at my credit card hertz charged me $90 extra.
