Cons:The customer service at pickup was terrible. Gentleman behind the counter barely spoke and when he did it was almost unintelligible. Individual would simply get up and walk off, with me having no idea what was going on. Check in took an extensive amount of time. I asked about entering my rewards number and received no response and no entering of said number. Guy walks outside, no idea where he’s going and stands beside a car (I assumed it was my rental). He takes a video walk around of the car, shoved me keys and handed me something to sign, then walked offReviewed 2020 Dec 21
