Pros:Loved backup cameraCons:Counter closed at pickup. Had to go to the sister counter where there was a big line and it took forever. No one seemed to know what was going on and seemed to be in no hurry to get any of us out of there. They were friendly tho. Then drop off at PBI very poorly marked.
