Informed at pickup would get electric car. Must return car re-charged...OR PAY A $35 FEE TO DROP CAR AS-IS! Takes 2 HRS to self-recharge, 1 day rental, dropping at MCO. IMPOSSIBLE TO DO THIS. Must find recharge station and then WAIT 2 HOURS TO CHARGE THE CAR? Asked for gas vehicle, and they said one is available, but THERE'S AN UPCHARGE FOR THAT TOO!!!! At this point, I have to go to airport. I finally relented BECAUSE I HAD NO OTHER OPTION - TOOK 20 MINUTES TO "DISINFECT" THE CAR. Drove to airport, and replaced gas. I have before and after photos to prove this. THEN THEY CHANGE ME $21 FOR A FUEL CHARGE!!!!!!!!!! Staff was rude, flippant and condescending. They could have waived ONE of the "Upcharge fees". NEVER AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN BOOKING WITH KAYAK FOR YEARS. Kayak should not play a part in this kind of BAD BUSINESS.Reviewed 2023 Jul 23

Cons:Everything was fine except they close at noon on Sat and didn't let us know until I called to confirm. We had high anxiety to get there on time. There were many people that didn't get their car. Thank God I callef.Reviewed 2021 Apr 09
