    I thought I was renting a car from the Alamo at the Phoenix International airport, but it is unclear whether they changed it to Mesa (1/2 hour away) or I mistakenly reserved it there. Either way it was not at all clear at the website. So I arrived at the airport and there was no reservation and no cars available. Very disturbing to deal with.Reviewed 2022 May 18

    Was given the wrong car, got there and they said it's first come first serve even though you reserve a specific vehicle. the car said it was sanitized and clean but I got into it and there were fingerprints all over the windshield, sticky candy-like substances all over the vehicle doors and seats.Reviewed 2021 Oct 16
