The pick up was supposed to be at the Mesa Airport and it was not. I called and kept being placed on hold. Once I managed the discuss with someone, all they could do is cancel and refund my money. I still needed a rental car. Therefore I took at a cab to the pick up location and it was over $100.00. Not impressed.Reviewed 2023 Apr 16

I was given the keys and told to find the car outside. The car had multiple dings and dents, some of which were marked with small Xs. The car also had a bad lingering smell. Either someone smoked inside at some point or worse.Reviewed 2021 Nov 05

I liked I could drop the rental car off in another city. Things that could have gone better 1. They could offer a map, like they use to, to get to the freeway. I’m old and don’t have a navigation device. 2. Shuttle service to budget, no help from them. Being last off plane we missed all taxis, took 2 hrs to get to budget. 3. Unfriendly service once we arrived. Our rental was a dirty car. 4. Once on our way, The car had a light on that wouldn’t go off, pull inconveniently off the road to find they never latched down the front hood of the car. HELLO! 5. The last blow was the return! Pull in they check everything out and see the gas gauge IS on full I’d just filled up. They wanted a receipt for the gas, I was NEVER informed that I would need proof. He basically accused me of trying to return a car without filling up, said some cars the gauge doesn’t drop off the full mark?? WHAT I just drove 170 mi. and you’re telling me your gauge doesn’t work? Needless to say they charged me $49.00 for gas. Need I say more….Reviewed 2021 Oct 22
