My experience was out of this world, due to the employees I had the chance to speak with. Specifically, the man who checked me in and out, as well as the other two employees in the office at the time. They were so warm, extremely accommodating, and absolutely turned my days around. I went in well to pick-up, and left knowing the day was one to be enjoyed. I came in today to drop off my car, feeling.. not the best! I left knowing the day was one to be enjoyed. I booked at Sky Harbor. Somehow the reservation ended up at Mesa Gateway. Sky Harbor Hertz did nothing to help me. Offered a car 4 times the price. I too Uber and will not use Hertz again in the future.Reviewed 2021 Nov 15
