Long line at airport, nice car, good servicePros:The fully loaded Pacifica I started with was terrific, except it had a bad rear tire that kept deflating. I called roadside assistance and they very kindly directed me to an Enterprise only 5 miles away to exchange vehicles with minimal hassle.Cons:I wish Alamo could have just replaced the tire, because the van I got in exchange from Enterprise was an ancient, dirty Grand Caravan with absolutely no modern features such as a backup camera, Bluetooth, or even USB. Not Alamo's fault but man that was a buzzkill for the rest of the week. Also, the line at the airport was just ridiculous.Reviewed 2017 Aug 13

Pros:it was a nearly new unit!Cons:Booked a SUV about a month in advance got to Pensacola and no SUV they first tried to put me in a mini van or a car (I said no way I already had prepaid $700) then they went to all the other rentals to find a SUV finally they decided to go clean up a return we waited for 45-60 minutes for this all to take place then they had the nerve to charge me $80 for a car seat rental by that time I was not to happy with the whole situation our kids were hungry and unhappy we was needing to get on the road. Also I don't believe that the unit was ever cleaned up from factory delivery it only had 349 miles on when we rented it but there was still film and residue on the inside of the windshield.Reviewed 2017 May 14

Great experiencePros:I rented in PNS and the counter was literally steps from baggage claim. The process to rent and return was quick and the car was parked right across the street. The price for an SUV was way less than any others I compared. The gentleman who checked me in upon my return was awesome - very friendly and customer service oriented.
