Car stunk of cigarette smoke. It was a bigger process than we imagined getting the car at the airport and once we did, we didn’t feel like going back and asking for another SUV so we just drove with the windows down a lot.Reviewed 2022 Aug 22

Pros:Drop off easy.Cons:Dollar window was closed so we had to go to Hertz who took their customers first. Car was very stinky and the key fob went dead half way through our trip and we had to stop and replace it as we were afraid the car wouldn't start or we wouldn't be able to lock or unlock it at a stopReviewed 2021 May 08

Pros:We couldn’t figure out where to drop off the vehicle in turn we waisted a lot of the gas fuel we had already added to the gas. I was force to pay the 10 dollar for ever tank of fuel. I tried calling different number and no no I mean no one was able to provide me with information beyond the address for dropping off the vehicle worst experience ever?Reviewed 2020 Jul 20
