Pros:The car was a good value for the money.Cons:They did not have my reservation in the system when I dropped off the car, so I had to wait for them to finish with another customer so they could locate it. Luckily I had arrived at the airport with enough time built in, but if I was close on timing, it would not have been good.Reviewed 2017 Mar 20

Pros:Not much at all. if I rent through Alamo again it'll be grudgingly. I can spend the extra $10 to rent hertz.Cons:The overcharge for insurance was a little much. Felt like I was being personally victimized by the rental manager in Tulsa Oklahoma.Reviewed 2016 Dec 29

Was unable to rent.Cons:It wasn't stated that a $200 drop fee would be required for a one way rental. We were unable to rent from anywhere and weren't able to make our trip. Please make sure to clearly state this to future renters.Reviewed 2016 Sep 23

All great except drop off at St. Louis airportPros:Picking the car up was efficient and was quickly on my way. The rate was very good. I believe i was bumped up or else the cars were larger than i expected. In any event the Jeep i rented was clean and very comfortable.Cons:I was disappointed the airport was the only location i could drop the car. Few if any other Alamo locations in the St. Louis area had after hours drop available. In addition, the signage around the airport directing a driver to the rental car drop location could be much improved. I missed a turn and almost gave up just before i found the Alamo location.Reviewed 2016 Sep 12
